Hi All, Had the opportunity to specifically ask Billy this question several years ago while standing in his kitchen. I too thought that Acart was the star we see close to us. He said no, Acart was not in this dimension, and further said that "all those..." implying all ETs generally referenced by him are up there as well "in that Dimension". Confirmation of this information is located in more recent contacts where Ptaah gives a much further distance for the nearest inhabited star in our Galaxy. The feeling i get from the notes is that the Earth is the only planet in this Dimension with a species that i would call "the body of Hanok" or "body of Nokodamien" (the species name for our body). The key to understanding all this might be a dimension door of unknown origin that is actually someplace nearby (but outside our solar system) that would allow for easy access to the Plejaren Dimension.

I remember reading about that and wondered if our technology is outdated still because 5 light years seems reachable by our satellites. That would explain why we can't find Acart. I'm sure Nasa has been sending out those probes and nothing. This is good because we don't suck, we just don't have that dimensional capability yet. I heard that the Acartians come and get some of our food to regrow on there home planet. I'm hoping they haven't learned any of our bad habits here on Earth. I guess they are more advanced because they have accomplished space travel and are spiritually ahead in terms of learning. One day maybe we will advance in our learning of the spirit and borrow some sugar from our neightbors. :)

Interesting Mike, thanks. I would most highly appreciate it if you or someone else could locate the contact report that states that Akart/Acart is in another dimension and also the one that has information about the nearest inhabited planet in our dimension so that I may update this site appropriately.

Plants on Earth evolved the first insect life as most plants are rooted to the Earth and can,t get around. This evolution created the mobility that plants need.Sort of the same as humans sending satellites into space and ETs coming here to borrow a cup of sugar.
