The short answer?
NO.
Finally, our March 25th letter has been replied to by Michael J. Manton, (Chief of Division) (Australian) BUREAU OF METEOROLOGY RESEARCH CENTRE, who quotes from the World Meteorological Organization:
“The energy involved in weather systems is so large that it is impossible to create artificially rainstorms or to alter wind patterns to bring water vapour into a region. The most realistic approach to modifying weather is to take advantage of microphysical sensitivities wherein a relatively small human-induced disturbance in the system can substantially alter the natural evolution of atmospheric processes.”
“The WMO statement describes the status of cloud seeding technologies to create 'small human-induced disturbances' in clouds to modify cloud behaviour. There is no report of the use of electromagnetic waves to modify clouds.”

(from Dr. Thomas Bearden's FER DE LANCE p115-118 @ www.gaiaguys.net/Bearden.weathwars.htm)"The first KGB weather engineering tests over the U.S., using their relatively new interferometers, produced signatures of anomalous perfectly round holes appearing in clouds. ... The basic weather engineering method is simple. Use an L[ongitudinal] W[ave] interferometer (LWI) to reach through the earth and cool the air in a region and produce a high pressure area, due to the densification of the air. Use another interferometer to heat another area and form a low-pressure area, due to the expansion of the air. Then carefully steer those highs and lows by gradually and slowing rotating the distant antennae and slowly adjusting the interferometry range simultaneously, according to a calculated schedule. By that means, the LWIs easily catch, entrain, and steer the jet streams largely responsible for our weather. Put sharp loops and twists in that steering, and the huge angular momentum of the jet streams developed in those sharp turns and circles will spawn tornadoes, violent weather, etc."
And WHY did THIS get no press coverage at the time? |
See U.S. Military analyst Dr. Tom Bearden's astonishing book on Electromagnetic weaponry, "Fer de Lance". October 1984: President Reagan was briefed about scalar EM weapons at Tom Bearden's request. The National Security Council was also briefed. Three times Reagan ordered his Defense Secretary to take action, but none of the three did so because the U.S. Intelligence Community didn't believe it, and opposed any action. (Full story in 2nd Edition, "Fer de Lance") What are Scalar Weapons??
Was the Canberra firestorm a demonstration of scalar weapons? North Korea - 13.1.03 "...we'll turn the citadel of imperialists into a sea of fire." Canberra - 18.1.03 "The fire would have been travelling at 200kmh, it was burning the dirt .."

Check out the bizarre striations caused by scalar interferometers.
I stretched the detail in this picture. The untouched original is directly below it.
I stretched the detail in this (above) picture.
Strange striations and a chemtrail, so this goes on our chemtrail page too.
Our most compelling images yet.

Storm wreaks havoc in northern NSW
Wednesday, 10 November 2004
A resident hit by a severe thunderstorm late yesterday afternoon says his garden looks like a jungle today.
State Emergency Service (SES) crews spent the night dealing with the damage caused by two thunderstorms at Leeville, just south of Casino.
There were reports of baseball-size hail.
The SES says winds damaged at least one home in the area, then the storm left a path of destruction as it tracked east out to sea.
Murray Loughton from Leeville says his lawn was covered in a thick, white blanket.
"The usual thing about golf ball size, but most of them were conglomerates, ordinary hail that got sort of formed together in big chunks...I had to put the car back under the garage, the carport, but I could claim to be injured, one of them hit me in the leg...and actually drew blood and left a little bit of a bruise," he said.
The cloud at the lower center of this photograph, taken in early February 2004, was quite pink, although it doesn't show up well here. It gradually faded back to white within about ten minutes. I'm familiar with the red/green colors created by the diffraction of the sun through ice crystals in high altitude clouds, but this was totally different as it was uniformly pink right to it's edges. Common refraction is characteristically white at the edges. It was also in a lower altitude cloud and angled much too far away from the sun (which was almost overhead at about 1PM) to be simple refraction. If anybody has any informed ideas, please contact Dyson at gaiaguys@gaiaguys.net . Thanks.
