True, each individual is responsible for their actions, but considering the entire episode(s) leading to this most uncreational fallacy of religions and gods, we need to approach it from ALL prospective views, including those who created it and those in power who could have intervened, but stood by, which included not just Earth humans, but others who are now “advisors” to lesser developed intelligences.

Observe Contact Note # 213 statement from Billy himself regarding who was responsible for a world-wide persecution of the Jewish population during WWII. All Jews were labeled under this, even though the persecution of Jmmanuel was under direct control of the Romans and pursued by the Jewish leadership. Which is very similar to the current situation here on Earth, the followers of religions are still under the direct influence of those in power and the blame should fall more specifically on these degenerates and to a lesser degree on the brain-washed individuals.

Which brings into prospective another avenue of punishment due to “influence” or “responsibility” in  Quetzal’s comments below.

Now, let’s analyze Quetzal’s comments listed below, as it also brings into prospective another view to add support to the above statements regarding responsibility of degenerative activities such as religion and murder.

A drunken state or frame of mind when induced by direct or indirect means have the same result, that it leads to degeneration or death of individuals, thus also relates to involuntary suicidal of the innocent such as in the case of Billy’s brother being runned over and killed by a drunken driver.

Again, one has to evaluate the circumstances leading to such degenerative activities; in the case of religions one should ask the following:

a.	Is it not the INTENT of the malevolent ET’s to set themselves up as “gods” and create religions, knowing that it will result in degeneration of Earth humans by brain-washing them or making their minds of “drunken” state to justify their killings and blood thirsty activities?
b.	Now that these negative ET’s are gone, yet the clergy remains doing their biddings and are not accountable for their actions.
c.	Thus, you have a two-tier level ( three, if the malovent ET’s are included), so accordingly to your statements, all are equally responsible for their actions? Based on the Plejaren model of law, I find this rather strange indeed? Those in control and that includes ALL parties within the confines of creational evolution, even those in power to intervene, must also be held to certain degrees, responsible. Are the victums of crimes responsible for their healing or recovery and to be blamed 100 percent?

As far as Creational Laws are concerned, then would not the 7 pure spiritual levels from the Arahat Athersata (The valuable, which inspects time) which of course relates to Nokodejon the reincarnation spirit in Billy to the Petale level also have some sort of RESPONSIBILITY in their prospective levels, since the Sevenfold Laws also describes BEING (spirits inside of Creation) and being (coarse-matter, outside of Creation) as separate, but both are absolute parts of Creation?

Thus, there is an "interconnection" between both the BEING and being and Billy Meier is currently the INTERFACE or Bridge between both, because he has not only access to both the Arahat and Petale levels, but also represent the manipulated humans and all the inter-connections that spans many diverse re-incarnated spirits and personalities. These spiritual ones where once physical humans, and was their developmental environment similar to Earth humans or more on the lines of a "normal" Creational attribute?

Therefore, if one thinks logically, then there are responsibilities along this whole slew of circumstances, whether one is as degenerative as many Earth humans are or those in the more evolved states of spiritual levels, due to the fact of the Cause and Effect law and "interconnections" to other Creational Laws that have yet to be analyzed more thoroughly.

That is why BEAM should be allowed to finish this mission and not wait for another re-incarnation, simply for the fact that the "equational potentials" have not been addressed in a logical and concise manner from those in power who have a stake in this whole process, leaving it up solely on Earth humans in its current affairs will lead to self-destruction.
