| The human being has needed the spiritual teachings since time immemorial, but in the new time, when progress in technology and in all sciences, as well as with regard to religions and sects, knows no limits, the human being needs the teaching of spirit much more, in order to not completely go astray from the way of the creational laws and recommendations. This is a fact, that may surprise many human beings, but effectively looked at and considered, only relatively little progress has been made in human respects with regard to consciousness-based evolution compared with technology and all sciences. Although the human being has made multifarious improvements with regard to the standard of living and living conditions in material respects, however in the explanation of the inner world of the human being progress is truthly only minor. Thus a great progress has indeed arisen in all material realms over the course of hundreds and thousands of years, whereas however the consciousness-based is inferior, which led to the fact that the truthly inner values of the human being and his/her entire inner world were neglected and partially devastatingly atrophied. By the same token the true life and the true life-values were lost to the human being, as well as the knowledge of the creational principles, which determine the entire life of every single life form, in fact from the fauna and flora up to the human being.
| Der Mensch bedurfte der Geisteslehre schon seit alters her, doch in der Neuzeit, da der Fortschritt in der Technik und in allen Wissenschaften sowie in bezug der Religionen und Sekten keine Grenzen kennt, braucht der Mensch die Lehre des Geistes noch viel mehr, um nicht vollends vom Weg der schöpferischen Gesetze und Gebote abzukommen. Das ist eine Tatsache, die manchen Menschen überraschen mag, doch effectiv betrachtet, sind gegenüber der Technik und allen Wissenschaften in menschlicher Hinsicht erst relativ kleine Fortschritte gemacht worden hinsichtlich der bewusstseinsmässigen Evolution. Zwar hat der Mensch vielerlei Verbesserungen gemacht bezüglich des Lebensstandards und der Lebensbedingungen in materieller Hinsicht, doch in der Erklärung der inneren Welt des Menschen sind die Fortschritte wahrheitlich nur gering. So ist wohl im Laufe der Jahrhunderte und Jahrtausende in allen materiellen Bereichen ein grosser Fortschritt entstanden, wohingegen jedoch das Bewusstseinsmässige unterlegen ist, was dazu führte, dass die wahrheitlichen inneren Werte des Menschen und seine ganze innere Welt zu kurz kamen und teilweise verheerend verkümmerten. Das wahre Leben und die wahren Lebenswerte gingen dem Menschen ebenso verloren wie auch die Kenntnis um die schöpferischen Gesetzmässigkeiten, die das ganze Leben jeder einzelnen Lebensform bestimmen, und zwar von der Fauna und Flora bis hin zum Menschen.

| Of course the human being of Earth has overcome very many diseases and multifarious terrible things, through which many lives have been brought to the death, but this must not hide the fact that many diseases and terrible things are still rampant, which bring death, hardship, and misery across the world. Hereof, may the thoughts be directed just once towards the diverse rampantly spreading diseases as well as towards the wars and the terrorism, which bring so much suffering, sorrow, and calamity to innumerable human beings, to women, children, and men. Thus it is so, that although higher sciences have been brought forth and a much higher technology has been developed, which even leads out into outer space, hardship, misery, pain, anxiety, and suffering have still not found an end. Namely that if one calamity, one terrible thing, and one hardship are over, then these will already be replaced by the next of the same kind and even worse happenings. Certain diseases from the western world have disappeared, but they threaten to return again due to the irrationality of the Earth human being, while at the same time, in great measure, cancer diseases, AIDS, psyche illnesses, and illnesses of the consciousness run rampant and rapidly spread worldwide.
| Natürlich hat der Erdenmensch sehr viele Krankheiten und mancherlei Übel besiegt, durch die viele Leben dem Tod zugeführt wurden, doch das darf nicht darüber hinwegtäuschen, dass noch immer viele Krankheiten und Übel grassieren, die Tod, Not und Elend über die Welt bringen. Diesbezüglich seien die Gedanken nur einmal auf die diversen Seuchen sowie auf die Kriege und den Terrorismus gerichtet, die so viel Leid, Trauer und Unheil über unzählige Menschen bringen, über Frauen, Kinder und Männer. Also ist es so, dass obwohl hohe Wissenschaften geschaffen und eine sehr hohe Technik entwickelt wurde, die gar in den Weltenraum hinausführt, Not, Elend, Schmerz, Angst und Leiden noch immer kein Ende gefunden haben. Sind nämlich das eine Unheil, die einen Übel und die eine Unbill vorbei, dann werden diese schon von den nächsten gleichartigen und noch schlimmeren Geschehen abgelöst. Bestimmte Krankheiten sind aus der westlichen Welt verschwunden, doch drohen sie durch die Unvernunft des Erdenmenschen wieder zurückzukehren, während gleichzeitig in grossem Masse weltweit Krebskrankheiten, AIDS, Psychekrankheiten und Bewusstseinskrankheiten um sich greifen und sich rapid verbreiten.

| There have been grand-trotting social sciences brought forth, by which, no doubt, many can be named for the reasons of the weaknesses of the society, but the most important facts remain hidden to them, in fact because the solutions have been sought solely in material concerns and continue to be, and because everything is purely based in a superficial wannabe-knowledge and wannabe-understanding of the truthly factors. Through which however the weaknesses of the individual human being and the whole society cannot be resolved, quite the opposite, because everything always becomes even worse and more difficult. The fact is however that many human beings perceive these discrepancies, but are not able to define them and understand what wakes up the desire in them and lets it grow, to do something about them as an individual human being and to change the society or even just an individual to the better. But this fails on the one hand, because no personal experience exists and one’s own limits are not known, and on the other hand because neither an individual human being nor society as a whole can be changed, namely for the reason that both the individual human being as well as the society itself has to change themselves to the better through their own initiative. Thus the individual, who has the desire to bring about a change in the individual or in society by himself/herself is left with only a wishful dream, which ultimately ends in a feeling of powerlessness.
| Es wurden grosstrabende Sozialwissenschaften geschaffen, durch die wohl viele für die Gründe der Schwächen der Gesellschaft genannt werden können, doch die allerwichtigsten Tatsachen blieben ihnen verborgen, und zwar darum, weil die Lösungen allein in materiellen Belangen gesucht wurden und weiterhin werden, und weil alles nur in einem oberflächlichen Möchtegernwissen und Möchtegernverstehen der wahrheitlichen Faktoren beruht. Dadurch aber können die Schwächen des einzelnen Menschen und der ganzen Gesellschaft nicht behoben werden, ganz im Gegenteil, denn alles wird immer noch schlimmer und schwieriger. Tatsache ist aber dabei, dass viele Menschen diese Unstimmigkeiten wahrnehmen, diese jedoch nicht zu definieren und nicht zu verstehen vermögen, was in ihnen den Wunsch weckt und wachsen lässt, als einzelner Mensch etwas dagegen zu tun und die Gesellschaft oder auch nur einzelne zum Besseren zu verändern. Doch das scheitert einerseits daran, dass keine persönliche Erfahrung besteht und die eigenen Grenzen nicht erkannt werden, und andererseits darum, weil weder ein einzelner Mensch noch die ganze Gesellschaft verändert werden kann, und zwar aus dem Grunde nicht, weil sowohl der einzelne Mensch als auch die Gesellschaft sich durch Eigeninitiative selbst zum Besseren verändern muss. So bleibt dem einzelnen, der den Wunsch hat, selbst eine Veränderung des einzelnen oder der Gesellschaft herbeizuführen, nur ein Wunschtraum, der letztendlich in einem Gefühl der Ohnmacht endet.

| The spiritual teachings, which relate back to the creational principles and have been written down by the ur-first prophets Nokodemion, Henok, and Henoch, teaches that all fundamental causes and effects, which are brought forth by the human being, are founded on wrong imaginations, which the life, the thoughts, feelings and emotions as well as the words, the activity, the actions and the deeds are based on. The spiritual teachings leads one out of these wrong imaginations, for it offers the way of self-cognition and self-realisation as well as the therefore necessary capabilities and possibilities, whereby especially useful meditations lead the whole to the success and fulfilment. In all this lies a tremendous and limitless potential – instead of limitations and failure. In its entirety, the spiritual teachings bring forth positive experiences and their experiencing, through which dealing with difficulties in life and in every situation is made possible, which leads to the success. These experiences and their experiencing also give power and energy for the handling of life, as they also bring hope, courage, and motivation as well as the will to engage oneself both for the individual human being and for society and to show a way, that, if it is autonomously motivated and wilfully treaded by the individual, actually leads to the success.
| Die Geisteslehre, die auf die schöpferischen Gesetzmässigkeiten zurückführt und von den ur-ersten Propheten Nokodemion, Henok und Henoch schriftlich festgehalten wurde, lehrt, dass alle grundlegenden Ursachen und Wirkungen, die durch den Menschen hervorgerufen werden, auf falschen Vorstellungen fundieren, auf denen das Leben, die Gedanken, Gefühle und Emotionen sowie das Wort, das Wirken, die Taten und die Handlungen beruhen. Die Geisteslehre führt aus diesen falschen Vorstellungen hinaus, denn sie bietet den Weg der Selbsterkenntnis und der Selbstverwirklichung sowie die dazu erforderlichen Fähigkeiten und Möglichkeiten, wobei insbesondere zweckdienliche Meditationen das Ganze zum Erfolg und Ziel führen. In all dem liegt ein ungeheures und unbegrenztes Potenzial – statt Begrenzungen und Versagen. Gesamthaft schafft die Geisteslehre positive Erfahrungen und deren Erleben, wodurch ein Umgang mit Schwierigkeiten im Leben und in jeder Situation ermöglicht wird, der zum Erfolg führt. Diese Erfahrungen und deren Erleben geben auch Kraft und Energie zur Handhabung des Lebens, wie sie auch Hoffnung, Mut und Motivation sowie den Willen bringen, sich sowohl für den einzelnen Menschen wie auch für die Gesellschaft zu engagieren und einen Weg zu weisen, der, wenn er vom einzelnen selbständig motiviert und willentlich beschritten wird, tatsächlich zum Erfolg führt.

| The spiritual teachings, which, as already explained, relate back to the ur-first prophets Nokodemion, Henok, and Henoch, are observant of all the laws of the Creation and consequently they are also exercised by rationality-bearing human beings, whereby it happens both consciously as well as unconsciously. Consciously it happens as a result of the knowledge and learning with regard to the teaching of the spirit, while it unconsciously happens in the form that the human being has very distinct valueful and dignified as well as respectful imaginations of morals and ethics as well as with regard to the life, which he follows without the knowledge that they are in conformity with the spiritual teachings and therefore with the creational principles. Both forms of the observance of the spiritual teachings are exercised by the human beings with highly diverse social and cultural rank in society as well as with highly diverse views, so therefore these can be passed on to both the religious and the purely secular. Although there are no distinct regulations, because the observance of the spiritual teachings and it’s kind and wise, as well as how, when, where, under which circumstances and conditions, is in every case left up to the human being.
| Die Geisteslehre, die, wie bereits erklärt, auf die ur-ersten Propheten Nokodemion, Henok und Henoch zurückführt, wird von allen die Schöpfungsgesetze befolgenden und folglich auch vernunftsträchtigen Menschen ausgeübt, wobei dies sowohl bewusst als auch unbewusst geschieht. Bewusst geschieht es infolge der Kenntnis und des Lernens in bezug der Lehre des Geistes, während es unbewussterweise in der Form geschieht, dass der Mensch ganz bestimmte wertvolle und würdige sowie ehrfürchtige Vorstellungen der Moral und der Ethik sowie in bezug des Lebens hat, die er ohne das Wissen dessen befolgt, dass diese mit der Geisteslehre und damit mit den schöpferischen Gesetzmässigkeiten konform laufen. Beide Formen der Befolgung der Geisteslehre werden von Menschen mit unterschiedlichstem sozialem und kulturellem Stand sowie mit unterschiedlichsten Anschauungen ausgeübt, so diese also sowohl religiös als auch rein weltlich ausgerichtet sein können. Bestimmte Vorschriften gibt es dabei keine, denn die Befolgung und deren Art und Weise der Geisteslehre, wie auch wie, wann, wo, unter welchen Umständen und Voraussetzungen, ist in jedem Fall dem Menschen freigestellt.

| The spiritual teachings make no regulations, which are supposed to curtail the life, but it only teaches recommendations and therefore counsels, by which the human being, if he/she follows them, becomes a true human being, who fulfils his/her duty in dignity and respect with regard to life and consciously makes an effort for his/her consciousness-based evolution. To these recommendations also belong the guidelines of how the human being, through meditation and valueful thoughts and feelings, can create true love for all life forms and the life itself as well as inner stillness, freedom, harmony, joy, well-being, equalisedness and inner peace. The whole is thereby not connected with any cult activities or beliefs whatsoever, as is the case with religions, sects and orders etc., because cultic rites, ceremonies, liturgies and belief-based prayers are completely futile and only form rituals in their exercise, in order for the human being to be bound by them and make him/her dependent on the corresponding beliefs. This corresponds to a well-known fact, because the purpose of cultic rituals, of the beliefs and of the cultic prayers is to beat the human being into a devoutness and submission, to forcefully impose bondage and subordination as well as unfreedom on him/her, thus deprive him/her of his/her personal freedom, independence and sovereignty and force him/her into servitude.
| Die Geisteslehre macht keine Vorschriften, die das Leben einschränken sollen, sondern sie lehrt nur Gebote und damit Empfehlungen, durch die der Mensch, wenn er sie befolgt, zu einem wahren Menschen wird, der in Würde und Ehrfurcht in bezug des Lebens seine Pflicht erfüllt und sich bewusst um seine bewusstseinsmässige Evolution bemüht. Zu diesen Geboten gehören auch die Richtlinien dessen, wie sich der Mensch durch Meditation und wertvolle Gedanken und Gefühle, wahre Liebe für alle Lebensformen und das Leben selbst sowie innere Ruhe, Freiheit, Harmonie, Freude, Wohlbefinden, Ausgeglichenheit und inneren Frieden erschaffen kann. Das Ganze ist dabei mit keinerlei Kulthandlungen und mit keinem Glauben verbunden, wie das bei Religionen, Sekten und Orden usw. der Fall ist, denn kultische Riten, Zeremonien, Liturgien und glaubensmässige Gebete sind vollkommen überflüssig und bilden in ihrer Ausübung nur Rituale, um den Menschen davon befangen und vom entsprechenden Glauben abhängig zu machen. Das entspricht einer altbekannten Tatsache, denn der Zweck kultischer Rituale, des Glaubens und der kultischen Gebete ist, den Menschen in eine Gläubigkeit und Unterwerfung zu schlagen, ihm Knechtschaft und Unterordnung sowie Unfreiheit aufzuzwingen, ihm also seine persönliche Freiheit, Eigenständigkeit und Souveränität zu nehmen und ihn in Dienstbarkeit zu zwingen.

| If the human being practices the spiritual teachings by following them, the creational-natural principles and recommendations, then he/she practices the philosophy of the life, which leads him/her on the one hand and first and foremost to himself/herself, to his/her true innermost nature, and secondly to the foundation of the greatest values, namely the life itself. The spiritual teachings as a philosophy of life however also leads the human being to a respectful attitude towards the fellow human beings and to the respectful respect of all life, in fact all the same, whether it concerns forms of flora and fauna or of the human being. Thus the spiritual teachings teach that all human beings are equal, regardless of race, culture, social and societal standing, belief or any other view they belong to. The skin colour is just as irrelevant, as well as whether the next one is a stranger, a member of the family, a friend, a local, a foreigner or an acquaintance. Race-hatred and hatred of strangers, hatred in and of itself, revenge and retribution, greed and vice as well as pathological craving, avarice, murder, torture, manslaughter, robbery, prostitution, physical and psychical Gewalt, coercion, Gewalt, deception, theft, cruelty and calumny etc. are, according to the spiritual teachings, profane, obtuse and Ausartungen based on a certain fanaticism, which is devoid of any human dignity.
| Praktiziert der Mensch die Geisteslehre, indem er die schöpferisch-natürlichen Gesetzmässigkeiten und Gebote befolgt, dann praktiziert er die Philosophie des Lebens, die ihn einerseits und in erster Linie zu sich selbst, zu seinem wahren innersten Wesen führt, und zweitens zur Grundlage des grössten Wertes, nämlich dem Leben selbst. Die Geisteslehre als Philosophie des Lebens führt aber den Menschen auch zur respektvollen Haltung gegenüber den Mitmenschen und zur ehrfürchtigen Achtung jeglichen Lebens, und zwar ganz gleich, ob es sich dabei um Formen der Flora und Fauna oder des Menschen handelt. So lehrt die Geisteslehre, dass alle Menschen gleich sind, egal welcher Rasse, Kultur, welchem sozialen und gesellschaftlichen Stand und welchem Glauben oder welcher sonstigen Anschauung sie angehören. Die Hautfarbe spielt dabei ebenso keine Rolle, wie auch nicht, ob der Nächste ein Fremder, ein Familienmitglied, ein Freund, ein Einheimischer, ein Ausländer oder ein Bekannter ist. Rassenhass und Fremdenhass, Hass an und für sich, Rache und Vergeltung, Gier und Laster sowie Sucht, Habgier, Mord, Folter, Totschlag, Raub, Prostitution, Vergewaltigung, Zwang, Gewalt, Betrug, Diebstahl, Misshandlung und Verleumdung usw. sind gemäss der Geisteslehre profane, stumpfsinnige und auf einem gewissen Fanatismus beruhende Ausartungen, die jeder menschlichen Würde entbehren.

| The central explanation of the spiritual teachings explains that everything is entirely based on the laws of causality, on cause and effect. Something causal is connected with a distinct effect resulting from it. Every event has its own cause, which in turn forms its own cause for other events resp. creates effects. Specifically equal causes can therefore logically also create the same effects. Thus it is given, that through thoughts, feelings, words and deeds, which are made by the human being, corresponding effects are brought forth in his/her life and in his/her surrounding area.
| Die zentrale Erläuterung der Geisteslehre erklärt, dass gesamthaft alles auf dem Gesetz der Kausalität beruht, auf Ursache und Wirkung. Etwas Ursächliches hängt mit einer bestimmten daraus hervorgehenden Wirkung zusammen. Jedes Ereignis hat eine eigene Ursache, die wiederum eine eigene Ursache für andere Ereignisse bildet resp. Wirkungen erzeugt. Spezifisch gleiche Ursachen können also folgerichtig auch gleiche Wirkungen erzeugen. So ist es gegeben, dass durch Gedanken, Gefühle, Worte und Handlungen, die durch den Menschen gesetzt werden, entsprechende Wirkungen in seinem Leben und in dessen Umgebung hervorgerufen werden.

| The teaching of the spirit leads to the fact that the human being can determine the best causes in his/her life, in order to achieve the most valueful effects. The causes can be extremely manifold and very individual, whereby however, they can also be brought forth in togetherness with fellow human beings. They can be created both meditatively as well as simply concentratedly, which does no harm to the whole. To set the best causes also means to especially bring forth causes for the peace in oneself, as well as to do something for it, to cultivate good thoughts, feelings, and words for the whole world and humankind as well as for all created creations, because: “In the manner of calling into the forest, in such a manner the echo echoes back from it.” And in order to do such, the recitation of the ur-old spiritual teaching saying is suitable: “Salome gam nan ben urda, gan njber asala hesporona”, which translated means: “Peace and wisdom be on the Earth and among all created creations”.
| Die Lehre des Geistes leitet dazu an, dass der Mensch in seinem Leben die besten Ursachen setzen kann, um wertvollste Wirkungen zu erzielen. Die Ursachen können dabei äusserst vielfältig und ganz individuell sein, wobei sie jedoch auch in Gemeinsamkeit mit Mitmenschen geschaffen werden können. Sie können sowohl meditativ wie auch einfach konzentriert erzeugt werden, was dem Ganzen keinen Abbruch tut. Beste Ursachen zu setzten bedeutet auch, eigens Ursachen für den Frieden in sich selbst zu schaffen, wie aber auch etwas dazu zu tun, gute Gedanken, Gefühle und Worte für die ganze Welt und Menschheit sowie für alle Geschöpfe zu pflegen, denn: «Wie in den Wald gerufen wird, so schallt daraus das Echo zurück.» Und um solches zu tun, eignet sich die Rezitation des ur-alten Geisteslehresatzes: «Salome gam nan ben urda, gan njber asala hesporona», was übersetzt bedeutet: «Frieden und Weisheit sei auf der Erde und unter allen Geschöpfen.»

| Gewaltsame Gewaltlosigkeit is the way of passive, logical Gewalt, because gewaltsome Gewaltlosigkeit, in other words, means active Gewaltlosigkeit, in which Gewaltlosigkeit is practiced and implemented with Gewalt, i.e. actively. In gewaltsamen Gewaltlosigkeit as active Gewaltlosigkeit, Gewaltlosigkeit is practiced and implemented with Gewalt, i.e. actively. However, gewaltsame Gewaltlosigkeit also means passive resistance, where passivieness in this sense means a power resp. a might or simply passive Gewalt, because power, might, and Gewalt also in Gewalt-less, passive form as resistance represents a form of Gewaltsamkeit, which however is exercised in gewaltsamer Gewaltlosigkeit. At the same time, however, this Gewalt-less resp. passive Gewaltsamkeit must not be understood in the sense of the usual understanding that human beings of Earth have of negative Gewalt, but rather only in the sense of a positive, peace bringing, harmonizing, balancing, buoyant and regulation-establishing effort, in the form of a power, might and influence, etc. offering passive resistance in a logical wise.

Dabei jedoch darf diese gewaltlose resp. passive Gewaltsamkeit nicht im Sinne des üblichen erdenmenschlichen Verstehens von negativer Gewalt verstanden werden, sondern nur im Sinne von einem positiven, befriedenden, harmonisierenden, ausgleichenden, erhebenden und ordnungsschaffenden Einsatz in Form von passiv Widerstand bietender Kraft, Macht und Beeinflussung usw. in logischer Weise.

| Many human beings have a completely wrong picture of the spiritual teachings, because they imagine it as something religious or sectarian. But the teaching of the spirit has nothing to do with this in the least, even if antagonists and malicious ones, religious sect advisers of the Christian churches and other religions and slanderous elements as well as the media claim the opposite. Through this maliciousness, through completely wrong imaginations, through ununderstanding and predominately religious and sectarian belief forms as well as through sensationalism by the media etc. a picture of the spiritual teachings and of the pursuers of the spiritual teachings is created, that derisively mocks every reality and truth. Do-gooders, idealists, the enraptured, mystics, and sectarians will insult the human beings, who have turned to the teaching of the spirit, and they will accuse them of know-it-all attitude, bondage, boastfulness, vegetarianism and veganism, but the antagonists do not know or understand the true teaching of the spirit at all. That the spiritual teachings teach true pacifism, true love, humaneness, equalisedness, peace, love and inner freedom as well as true peace, the true being human, harmony and a positive mode of life with positive thoughts and feelings as well as knowledge and wisdom, the antagonists have no idea of this at all. Consequently, religions, sects as well as philosophies and other ideologies and their practices and false pacifist machinations are praised and admired, while the modes of life of those, who are connected to the spiritual teachings, are described as far from and without any connection to society and reality. But the truth is this, that it is not those who are connected to the spiritual teachings, but rather those who are far from them and concern themselves with unrealities, who are believers of the false teachings of religions, sects, philosophies, and other ideologies.
| Viele Menschen haben ein völlig falsches Bild von der Geisteslehre, weil sie sich darunter etwas Religiöses oder Sektiererisches vorstellen. Damit aber hat die Lehre des Geistes in keinster Weise etwas zu tun, auch wenn Antagonisten und Böswillige, Sektenbeauftragte der christlichen Kirchen und sonstigen Religionen und verleumderische Elemente sowie Medien das Gegenteil behaupten. Durch diese Böswilligkeiten, durch völlig falsche Vorstellungen, durch Unverstehen und religiös und sektiererisch geprägte Glaubensformen sowie durch Sensationsmache der Medien usw. wird ein Bild der Geisteslehre und der Betreibenden der Geisteslehre geschaffen, das jeder Wirklichkeit und Wahrheit Hohn spottet. Weltverbesserer, Esoteriker, Entrückte, Mystiker und Sektierer werden die Menschen beschimpft, die sich der Lehre des Geistes zugewandt haben, und es wird ihnen Besserwisserei, Hörigkeit, Überheblichkeit, Vegetarismus und Veganismus vorgeworfen, ohne dass die Antagonisten die wahre Lehre des Geistes überhaupt kennen und verstehen. Dass die Geisteslehre aber einen wahren Pazifismus, wahre Liebe, Menschlichkeit, Ausgeglichenheit, Frieden, Liebe und innere Freiheit sowie wahren Frieden, das wahre Menschsein, Harmonie und eine positive Lebensweise mit positiven Gedanken und Gefühlen lehrt sowie Wissen und Weisheit, davon haben die Antagonisten keinerlei Ahnung. So kommt es, dass die Religionen, Sekten sowie Philosophien und sonstigen Weltanschauungen und deren Praxis und falschen pazifistischen Machenschaften gelobt und bewundert werden, während die Lebensweisen derjenigen, welche der Geisteslehre zugetan sind, als entrückt und ohne Bezug zur Gesellschaft und Realität bezeichnet werden. Doch die Wahrheit ist die, dass nicht die der Geisteslehre Zugetanen, sondern jene entrückt sind und sich mit Unwirklichkeiten befassen, die Gläubige von falschen Lehren der Religionen, Sekten, Philosophien und sonstigen Weltanschauungen sind.

| Trotz der Vorurteile und Verurteilungen, die gegen die Geisteslehre weitum erhoben werden und stattfinden, gibt es Menschen, deren Vernunft bereits derart weit fortgeschritten ist, dass sie sich der Lehre der Geistes zuwenden, sich um deren Studium bemühen und sich nach den darin gelehrten schöpferischen Gesetzmässigkeiten ausrichten, um danach zu leben.

| The spiritual teachings, it must be clearly stated, is neither an esoteric, religious, sectarian nor an order-based or other cultic direction. Nor is it a spiritual panacea or a teaching that works any miracles, but rather a teaching that teaches that everything must be worked hard for, if success is to be achieved. It also teaches that no master comes down from heaven and no roasted pigeons fly into the mouth of any human being. But the teachings also makes it obvious that there is no rapture and no divinity, as well as no elevation of one human being over another, because all human beings are equal and no one has a greater or lesser value than the other.
| Die Geisteslehre, das muss klar gesagt sein, ist weder eine esoterische, religiöse, sektiererische noch eine ordensmässige oder sonstige kultische Richtung. Auch ist sie kein spirituelles Allheilmittel, keine Lehre, die irgendwelche Wunder vollbringt, sondern eine Lehre, die lehrt, dass alles hart erarbeitet werden muss, wenn Erfolge erzielt werden sollen. Sie lehrt auch, dass keine Meister vom Himmel fallen und keinem Menschen gebratene Tauben in den Mund fliegen. Die Lehre macht aber auch offenbar, dass es keine Entrückung und keine Göttlichkeit gibt, wie aber auch keine Erhebung eines Menschen über den andern, weil alle Menschen gleich sind und keiner einen grösseren oder minderen Wert hat als der andere.

| The spiritual teachings provide the human being a practical reference for his/her thoughts, feelings, emotions, as well as for his/her activity and deeds of the daily life. There are recommendations resp. counsels for this, which are chiefly explained in the following 49 basic rules:

| 7)	Every human being shall see himself/herself and know himself/herself as he/she really is, that is, he/she does not assume himself/herself to be in an ideal world, because that is not possible for any human being, consequently everyone has to learn and therefore errors and imperfections are included. Therefore it is not possible that everything is clear to the human being, that everything is correct, and that he/she is better than the fellow human being.
| 7)	Jeder Mensch soll sich so sehen und kennen, wie er wirklich ist, also er sich nicht als heile Welt wähnt, weil dies keinem Menschen möglich ist, infolgedessen jeder lernen muss und folglich Fehlern und der Unvollkommenheit eingeordnet ist. Also ist es nicht möglich, dass im Menschen alles klar ist, alles stimmt und er besser ist als die Mitmenschen.

| 8)	Every human being has to always be fully conscious, that there are consciousness-based differences from one human being to another, therefore not everyone can be exactly as intelligent as another. But this does not justify seeing the fellow human being as blinded and classifying them as human beings on a lower level. Nor does one such justification exist with regard to this, if the fellow human beings are religiously or even sectarianly biased, for in spite of this they too are human beings, who are integrated into the creational-natural principles of life and of the evolutive learning exactly like all the others.
| 8)	Jeder Mensch muss sich immer vollauf bewusst sein, dass bewusstseinsmässige Unterschiede vom einen zum andern Menschen bestehen, folglich nicht jeder genau gleich intelligent sein kann wie der andere. Das berechtigt aber nicht, die Mitmenschen als verblendet zu sehen und sie auf ein niedriges Niveau als Mensch einzustufen. Eine solche Berechtigung besteht auch nicht in bezug dessen, wenn die Mitmenschen religiös oder gar sektiererisch befangen sind, denn dessen zum Trotz sind auch sie Menschen, die genau wie alle andern den schöpferisch-natürlichen Gesetzmässigkeiten des Lebens und des evolutiven Lernens eingeordnet sind.

| 9)	Every human being shall try by means of his/her own efforts, to form and fulfil his/her existence and his/her existential duties in every form of fairness, honesty, rationality and intentionality, etc., by himself/herself, and indeed in the material as well as in the consciousness-based, character, virtuous and thought-feeling based and psychical realms. In this way the human being shall also create a distinct motivation, in order to rise up within himself/herself, in fact without debasing oneself at all – not even in a religious or sectarian form.
| 9)	Jeder Mensch soll sich durch eigene Anstrengungen bemühen, sein Dasein und seine existentiellen Pflichten in jeder Form des Gerechten, Redlichen, Vernünftigen und Intentionalen usw. selbst zu gestalten und zu erfüllen, und zwar sowohl im materiellen wie auch im bewusstseinsmässigen, charakterlichen, tugendhaften und gedanklich-gefühlsmässigen und psychischen Bereich. Dadurch soll der Mensch auch eine ausgeprägte Motivation erschaffen, um in sich selbst aufzusteigen, und zwar ohne sich irgendwie zu erniedrigen – auch nicht in religiöser oder sektiererischer Form.

| 10)	Every human being shall not use his/her idealism for unworthy, unprovable and dubious things, but instead direct his/her idealism specifically towards recognising himself/herself in his/her true inner nature itself and to improve, complete, and also realise it outwardly, because the true inner nature is the actual nature of it, which is directed towards progress and success and therefore is the origin of the formation of life.
| 10)	Jeder Mensch soll seinen Idealismus nicht für unwürdige sowie unbeweisbare und fragwürdige Dinge einsetzen, sondern seinen Idealismus speziell darauf ausrichten, sich in seinem wahren Wesen selbst zu erkennen und dieses zu verbessern, zu vervollständigen und auch nach aussen zu verwirklichen, denn das wahre Wesen ist die eigentliche Natur dessen, das nach Fortschritt und Erfolg ausgerichtet und folglich der Ursprung der Gestaltung des Lebens ist.

| 11)	Every human being shall not give belief to any things, but instead shall always search for the fundamental truth, which he/she is only able to find in himself/herself, if he/she searches and thinks about everything, to let his/her rationality, his/her intellect and his/her healthy logic prevail. Thus the human being is able to find the truth only within himself/herself, but only if he/she is free of any beliefs in things, which he/she can never prove within himself/herself. Namely, belief is not proof, but instead only something, which is assumed as good, desirable and as right, but a content of truth cannot be given for it, consequently, that is, a belief can never be evidentiary, simply because the fact of verifiable truth is missing.
| 11)	Jeder Mensch soll nicht irgendwelchen Dingen Glauben schenken, sondern stets die grundsätzliche Wahrheit suchen, die er nur in sich selbst zu finden vermag, wenn er alles durchforscht und überdenkt, seine Vernunft, seinen Verstand und seine gesunde Logik walten lässt. So vermag der Mensch die Wahrheit nur in sich selbst zu finden, doch das auch nur, wenn er frei ist von irgendwelchem Glauben an Dinge, die er niemals in sich selbst zu beweisen vermag. Glaube nämlich ist kein Beweis, sondern nur etwas, das als lieb, begehrenswert und als richtig angenommen wird, ohne dass dafür ein Wahrheitsgehalt angeführt werden kann, folglich also ein Glaube niemals beweiskräftig sein kann, weil eben die Tatsache der beweisbaren Wahrheit fehlt.

| 12)	Every human being can never find the actual truth, for which he/she searches for, for years or an entire lifetime, if he/she simply surrenders himself/herself to a belief and does not ascertain and recognise the factuality of truth through logic, intellect, and rationality within himelf/herself, in order to then also implement and follow it through his/her life and his/her lifestyle.
| 12)	Jeder Mensch kann niemals das an wirklicher Wahrheit finden, nach dem er jahrelang oder ein ganzes Leben lang sucht, wenn er sich einfach einem Glauben hingibt und nicht die Tatsächlichkeit der Wahrheit durch Logik, Verstand und Vernunft in sich selbst erforscht und erkennt, um diese dann auch durch sein Leben und seinen Lebensstil umzusetzen und zu befolgen.

| 13)	Every human being shall see therein his/her highest determination, to form and implement his/her knowledge, his/her ability, his/her true love, his/her real happiness, his/her capabilities and possibilities as well as hi/hers wisdom and humaneness in a progressive way, that he/she thereby leads a truly evolutive and human-suitable life, and can also stand by the fellow human beings in this wise.
| 13)	Jeder Mensch sollte sein höchstes Ziel darin sehen, sein Wissen, sein Können, seine wahre Liebe, sein wirkliches Glück, seine Fähigkeiten und Möglichkeiten sowie seine Weisheit und Menschlichkeit derart fortschrittlich zu gestalten und umzusetzen, dass er dadurch ein wahrlich evolutives und menschgerechtes Leben führen und auch den Mitmenschen in dieser Weise beistehen kann.

| 14)	Every human being shall first and foremost pay attention to himself/herself, this means, to his/her personality, to his/her character, to his/her virtues, thoughts, feelings and deeds, in order that he/she directs everything in such a way that everything is rightful and that delusional determinations are not pursued, which end in the belief of unreal things.

| 15)	Every human being shall look after his/her income and wealth in rational kind and wise and not squander it on unreality, belief-based things, for everyone shall be rightful and take care of himself, if he/she possesses the possibility and the existence to do so, so that he/she does not unfairly become a burden on the fellow human being and does not behave as a parasite.
| 15)	Jeder Mensch verwalte sein Einkommen und Vermögen in vernünftiger Art und Weise und vergeude es nicht an Unwirklichkeiten glaubensmässiger Dinge, denn jeder soll des Rechtens sein und für sich selbst sorgen, wenn ihm die Möglichkeit und das Dasein dazu geboten sind, damit er nicht den Mitmenschen ungerechterweise zur Last falle und sich nicht als Parasit benehme.

| 16)	Every human being shall always live in the present, but shall look into the future and care for its formation, while also taking into account the past and learning from it, in order to achieve successes, cognitions and progress.

| 17)	Every human being requires stillness and peace, consequently he/she also requires his/her quiet times and shall not be constantly busy, in fact neither in his/her being on one’s own nor in the company of fellow human beings, with the family, or in communities. Every human being requires idleness, because only through it is he/she able to compose and recover himself/herself. But it shall always be appropriate and not excessive, so that it does not become a burden on and annoyance to one’s own thoughts and feelings and also does not become an annoyance to the fellow human being.
| 17)	Jeder Mensch bedarf der Ruhe und des Friedens, folglich er auch seiner stillen Stunden bedarf und nicht dauernd beschäftigt sein soll, und zwar sowohl nicht in seinem Alleinsein wie auch nicht in der Gesellschaft der Mitmenschen, nicht in der Familie und nicht in Gemeinschaften. Jeder Mensch bedarf der Müssigkeit, denn nur durch diese vermag er sich zu sammeln und zu erholen. Sie soll aber immer angemessen und nicht über trieben sein, damit sie nicht zur Last und nicht zum Ärger der eigenen Ge danken und Gefühle und auch nicht zum Ärger der Mitmenschen werde.

| 18)	Every human being shall always ensure that he/she always searches only for the truth and never for a doctrine of salvation, because truthly there is no such thing, this means not in a philosophical religious, worldly, sectarian or other ideological school of thought, nor in a science. A doctrine of salvation in every case always corresponds to belief-based deception or at least to charlatanry or criminal profiteering. Truthly nothing other than the reality counts, the reality, which is built up on the use of healthy intellect and rationality as well as on actual logic.
| 18)	Jeder Mensch achte immer darauf, dass er stets nur nach der Wahrheit und niemals nach einer Heilslehre sucht, denn wahrheitlich gibt es eine solche nicht, so nicht in einer philosophischen, religiösen, weltlichen, sektiererischen oder sonstigen ideologischen Richtung, wie aber auch nicht in einer wissenschaftlichen. Eine Heilslehre entspricht in jedem Fall immer einem glaubensmässigen Betrug oder zumindest einer Scharlatanerie oder kriminellen Profitmacherei. Wahrheitlich zählt immer nur die Realität, die Wirklichkeit, die auf der Nutzung des gesunden Verstandes und der Vernunft sowie auf wirklicher Logik aufgebaut ist.

| 19)	Every human being shall always be open and honest with his/her fellow human beings, and never assume – for any reason whatsoever – to control his/her fellow human beings in the fashion that harm arises therefrom to them. This shall be so, both in the family and also in every community, so that neither malicious gossip nor disadvantage or other unright occurs.

| 21)	Every human being shall be careful to never assume and never understand any teachings of political, philosophical, sectarian, worldly, scientific, religious or other ideological form as “true truth” or as “actual, true knowledge” etc. for truthly every teaching shall be scrutinised down to the last detail, because only thereby can the effective truth be fathomed and reality be experienced.
| 21)	Jeder Mensch soll dessen bedacht sein, niemals irgendwelche Lehren politischer, philosophischer, sektiererischer, weltlicher, wissenschaftlicher, religiöser oder sonstig ideologischer Form als ‹wahre Wahrheit› oder als ‹wirkliches, wahres Wissen› usw. anzunehmen und zu verstehen, denn wahrheitlich soll jede Lehre bis ins letzte Detail hinterfragt werden, weil nur dadurch die effective Wahrheit ergründet und die Wirklichkeit in Erfahrung gebracht werden kann.

| 22)	Every human being has to always be clear, that his/her lived life, no matter how many years it may be, has never been pointless or meaningless. Ergo the lived life also has nothing lost on or in itself, because every second lived has with certainty fulfilled its intentionality and brought evolutive success, in fact even then, when the result perhaps may only have been minimal.

Demzufolge hat das gelebte Leben auch nichts Verlorenes an oder in sich, denn jede gelebte Sekunde hat mit Sicherheit ihre Intentionalität erfüllt und evolutiven Erfolg gebracht, und zwar auch dann, wenn das Ergebnis vielleicht nur gering gewesen sein mag.

| The state of following the spiritual teachings is with absolute certainty not that of a rapture or of an experience that lies beyond the realm of the material world. Therefore it is not about a state of crossing the limits of experience and consciousness of the reality of this world resp. not about crossing the limits of experience and the limits of the material visible world. Therefore it is not about a state of so-called supernatural or supersensory. The following of the spiritual teachings does not mean an enlightenment in the sense of a religious or sectarian enlightenment, which is founded on mere imagination and also give rise to the corresponding visions and other phenomena of imagination, but it is founded on cognition of the true nature and the boundless potential of life. If the human being opens himself/herself to this state of life, then he/she gains much more decisiveness, love, inner freedom, joy, equalisedness and harmony as well as much more courage to face life, life-power, inner peace, knowledge and wisdom, whereby he/she also gains much more honest and effective feeling for others, for the fellow human being, as well as for all life-forms of fauna and flora. Also the general wellbeing rises to higher levels, as the understanding for the well-being of nature and the planet grows.
| Der Zustand der Geisteslehrebefolgung ist mit absoluter Sicherheit nicht der einer Entrückung und der einer Erfahrung jenseits des Gegenständlichen Liegenden. Also handelt es sich nicht um einen Zustand des Überschreitens der Grenzen von Erfahrung und Bewusstsein des realen Diesseits resp. nicht um ein Überschreiten der Grenzen der Erfahrung und der sinnlich erkennbaren Welt. Es handelt sich also nicht um einen Zustand des sogenannten Übernatürlichen oder Übersinnlichen. Die Geisteslehrebefolgung bedeutet auch nicht eine Erleuchtung im Sinne von einem religiösen oder sektiererischen Erleuchtetsein, das auf einer blossen Einbildungskraft beruht und auch dem entsprechende Visionen und sonstige Einbildungserscheinungen hervorruft, sondern sie beruht auf einer Erkenntnis der wahren Natur und des grenzenlosen Potentials des Lebens. Öffnet sich der Menschen in sich selbst diesem Lebenszustand, dann gewinnt er sehr viel mehr Entschlossenheit, Liebe, innere Freiheit, Freude, Ausgeglichenheit und Harmonie sowie viel mehr Lebensmut, Lebenskraft, inneren Frieden, Wissen und Weisheit, wobei er auch sehr viel mehr ehrliches und effectives Mitgefühl für die Mitmenschen sowie für alle Lebensformen der Fauna und Flora gewinnt. Auch das allgemeine Wohlbefinden hebt sich in höhere Ebenen, wie auch das Verständnis für das Wohl der Natur und des Planeten wächst.

| As already mentioned, there are no regulations in the spiritual teachings at all, but rather it teaches that the human being shall dedicate himself/herself to his/her highest state of life, independently and out of his/her own motivation as well as out of his/her own desire and according to his/her own will. In the same sense he/she should also independently assess everything with regard to morals and ethics and not let any foreign (exteral) and incorrect rules etc. be forcefully imposed on him/her. One’s own assessment of all things is based above all on deference and respect from dignity for all life as a whole as well as on the fact that the human being has to become much more conscious with regard to this, that the reality of the law of causality and therefore the law of cause and effect has validity throughout the entire universe and is absolute and unavoidable in every form.
| Wie bereits erwähnt, gibt es in der Geisteslehre keinerlei Vorschriften, sondern sie lehrt, dass der Mensch eigenständig und aus eigener Motivation sowie aus eigenem Verlangen und nach eigenem Willen sich seinem höchsten Lebenszustand widmen soll. Im gleichen Sinn soll er auch eigenständig in bezug der Moral und der Ethik alles beurteilen und sich nicht irgendwelche fremde und unrichtige Regeln usw. aufzwingen lassen. Die eigene Beurteilung aller Dinge gründet vor allem auf der Ehrfurcht und dem Respekt vor der Würde gesamthaft allen Lebens sowie darauf, dass der Mensch in bezug dessen sich sehr viel bewusster werden muss, dass die Wirklichkeit des Gesetzes der Kausalität und damit also das Gesetz von Ursache und Wirkung gesamtuniverselle Gültigkeit hat und in jeder Form strikt und unausweichlich ist.

| The spiritual teachings is not based on a belief and also does not cultivate such, therefore there is also no belief in a paradise after death. Nor does it speak of a God, who preaches love and at the same time cries for punishment in a vindictive and retaliation-addicted wise. The teaching of the spirit explains, that the human being lives his/her actual material life, is integrated into a process of procreation, development, life, and death, and no longer exists after the passing (death). In doing so, the human spirit-form resp. the human part-piece of the Creation-spirit changes over into its realm of the other world and dwells there in the so-called death-life until rebirth. The consciousness and the personality escape into the realm of the other world of the overall consciousness-block created by the spirit-form in which they are contained, and are dissolved by it into neutral energies, from which a new consciousness and a new personality are created by the overall consciousness-block, which are then born together with the reincarnating spirit-form.
| Die Geisteslehre beruht nicht auf einem Glauben und züchtet auch keinen solchen heran, folglich also auch kein Glaube an ein Paradies nach dem Sterben gegeben ist. So spricht sie auch nicht von einem Gott, der Liebe predigt und zugleich rachsüchtig und vergeltungssüchtig nach Strafe schreit. Die Lehre des Geistes legt dar, dass der Mensch sein aktuelles, materielles Leben lebt, einem Zeugungs-, Entwicklungs-, Lebens- und Sterbensvorgang eingeordnet ist und nach dem Ableben nicht mehr existiert. Die menschliche Geistform resp. das menschliche Teilstück Schöpfungsgeist wechselt dabei in seinen Jenseitsbereich hinüber und verweilt dort im sogenannten Todesleben bis zur Wiedergeburt. Das Bewusstsein und die Persönlichkeit entweichen in den Jenseitsbereich des durch die Geistform geschaffenen Gesamtbewusstseinblocks, in dem sie enthalten sind, und werden durch diesen aufgelöst zu neutralen Energien, aus denen durch den Gesamtbewusstseinblock ein neues Bewusstsein und eine neue Persönlichkeit geschaffen werden, die dann zusammen mit der reinkarnierenden Geistform geboren werden.

| Fundamentally the spiritual teachings explain that through the rebirth resp. reincarnation of the spirit-form and the respective new-emergence of new forms of the consciousness and personality, the eternity of life, so to speak, is given. This however is to be understood in the sense of the eternity of life with regard to the spirit resp. of the spirit-form, which remains for all great time and thus eternally existing, while the current form of the consciousness and personality only exist during one’s actual, material life, are dissolved after the passing (death) of the body and therefore cease to exist, in order to make room for a new form of the consciousness and a new personality. This means that the essence of the life, the spirit resp. the spirit-form, lives on, whereas the physical body dies sometime and has to be replaced sometime in the future for the rebirth of the spirit-form as well as for the new consciousness and the new personality. This makes it clear that the erroneous long-established teaching has no validity, which claims that a rebirth of the same consciousness and the same personality takes place, because truthly only the spirit of the human being resp. his/her spirit-form of creational nature is capable of reincarnation, not however the consciousness or the personality. And equally the teaching also clearly explains that the creational-human spirit-form is solely and exclusively able to be reborn again in a human material body, but never in bodies of any other form of life, such as in animals.
| Grundlegend legt die Geisteslehre dar, dass durch die Wiedergeburt resp. Reinkarnation der Geistform und das jeweilige Neuentstehen neuer Formen des Bewusstseins und der Persönlichkeit sozusagen die Ewigkeit des Lebens gegeben ist. Das jedoch ist zu verstehen im Sinne der Ewigkeit des Lebens in bezug des Geistes resp. der Geistform, die allgrosszeitlich und also ewig existent bleibt, während die Formen des Bewusstseins und der Persönlichkeit jeweils nur während eines aktuellen, materiellen Lebens bestehen, nach dem Ableben des Körpers aufgelöst werden und also vergehen, um einer neuen Form des Bewusstseins und einer neuen Persönlichkeit Platz zu machen. So lebt die Essenz des Lebens, der Geist resp. die Geistform weiter, während der physische Körper irgendwann stirbt und für die Wiedergeburt der Geistform sowie für das neue Bewusstsein und die neue Persönlichkeit irgendwann in der Zukunft ersetzt werden muss. Das legt klar, dass die irrige altherkömmliche Lehre keine Gültigkeit hat, die behauptet, dass eine Wiedergeburt des gleichen Bewusstseins und der gleichen Persönlichkeit stattfinde, weil wahrheitlich nur der Geist des Menschen resp. dessen Geistform schöpferischer Natur reinkarnationsfähig ist, nicht aber das Bewusstsein und die Persönlichkeit. Und gleichermassen legt die Lehre das auch klar dar, dass die schöpferisch-menschliche Geistform einzig und allein wieder in einem menschlich materiellen Körper wiedergeboren werden kann, niemals aber in Körpern irgendwelcher anderer Lebensformen, wie z.B. in tierischen.

| The spiritual teachings openly heralds that the human being should live his/her life for the benefit of his/her evolution and general progress and should abstain from all Ausartungen. But the teaching also states that the human being should enjoy his/her life in a healthy and righteous frame, but not deny his/her suffering and the negative, because both the negative and the positive are necessary for evolution and progress. The teaching explains that the human being should encourage himself/herself to consciously face his/her sufferings and joys and also all negative and positive things, because only thereby does he/she grow within himself/herself and is able to advance evolutively and progressively. Thus, both, errors as well as the cognition and correction of errors, as well as joy, happiness, suffering and pain belong to life, for they too are essential parts of learning and progress as well as evolution, because without them no success can be achieved. This is the way of life, and in all these things the human being grows in his/her consciousness, in his/her personality, in his/her character as well as in his/her love, in knowledge and wisdom, in inner peace, in inner freedom, joy, harmony and equalisedness. And he/she becomes strong by activating and constantly improving all these high values within himself/herself, which also has an effect on personal circumstances as well as on the situation of the family, the circle of friends and acquaintances, as well as on the nearer and wider surrounding area and ultimately also on society.
| Die Geisteslehre offenkundet, dass der Mensch sein Leben zum Nutzen seiner Evolution und des allgemeinen Fortschritts leben und sich allen Ausartungen enthalten soll. Die Lehre geht aber auch dahin, dass der Mensch sein Leben in gesundem und rechtschaffenem Rahmen geniessen, jedoch nicht seine Leiden und das Negative verneinen soll, weil sowohl das Negative wie auch das Positive zur Evolution und zum Fortschritt notwendig sind. Die Lehre legt dar, dass sich der Mensch ermutigen soll, sich bewusst seinen Leiden und Freuden und auch allem Negativen und Positiven zu stellen, weil er allein dadurch in sich wachsen und evolutiv und fortschrittlich voranschreiten kann. So gehören sowohl Fehler als auch Erkenntnis und Fehlerbehebung, wie aber auch Freude, Glück, Leid und Schmerz zum Leben, denn auch sie sind Bestandteile des Lernens und des Fortschritts sowie der Evolution, weil ohne sie keine Erfolge zustande kämen. Das ist der Weg des Lebens, und an all diesen Dingen wächst der Mensch in seinem Bewusstsein, in seiner Persönlichkeit, in seinem Charakter sowie in seiner Liebe, im Wissen und der Weisheit, im inneren Frieden, in innerer Freiheit, Freude, Harmonie und Ausgeglichenheit. This is also an exercise of the spiritual teachings, in fact a very valueful exercise, because through such actions and behaviours the fellow human beings are encouraged to look at and consider their own lives and strive – without coercion and proselytization - , by themselves, to work out peace, joy, love, freedom, happiness, peace and wellbeing within themselves, in order to then carry forth everything into the world again – to other human beings, who strive for the same things, but alone, on their own, they cannot find the way to it without help.

Und für die Mitmenschen kann zudem auch das getan werden, dass mit ihnen nicht einfach über irgendwelchen Unsinn, über Krieg, Krankheit und Verbrechen, über Ärger, Hass, Lieblosigkeit und Rache sowie Vergeltung und andere Ausartungen gesprochen wird, sondern über innere und äussere Werte, wie wahre Liebe, Frieden, Freiheit, Harmonie, Freude, Freundschaft und Glück usw.. | Das Ausüben der Geisteslehre in bezug des Lernens kann morgendlich und abendlich oder sonst zu jeder beliebigen Tages- oder Nachtzeit praktiziert werden. Die Ausübung hinsichtlich der Anwendung des Gelernten allgemein gesehen bedeutet, dass diese durchgehend 24 Stunden im Alltag einnehmen soll, und zwar in der Form, dass das Erlernte allgemein zur Anwendung gebracht wird. Das bedeutet, dass die erlernten hohen Werte wahre Liebe, Frieden, Freiheit, Freude, Harmonie, Ausgeglichenheit, Wohlbefinden, Menschsein und Menschlichkeit sowie Würde, Achtung, Respekt, Ehrfurcht und die Tugenden usw. sowohl bewusst eigens wie auch nach aussen in bezug auf die Mitmenschen und die Fauna und Flora allzeitlich verwirklicht und gepflegt werden. Die Örtlichkeit spielt dabei keine Rolle, denn der Ort ist von absoluter Bedeutungslosigkeit, weil einzig und allein nur das Wirken in der genannten Form zählt sowie die guten und positiven Wirkungen, die daraus entstehen. Das Ganze bildet an sich eine Widmung des Lebens an die universellen Gesetzmässigkeiten und deren Befolgung, nebst dem, dass das damit verbundene Bemühen das Leben und die Lebensführung mit dem Lebensrhythmus des Universalbewusstseins, mit der Schöpfung und damit mit dem Universum und allem Existenten in Einklang bringt.

| In fact, many human beings find it difficult, to integrate into the creational-natural laws, because the correct actions as a human being with regard to the creational-natural principles requires courage, esteem for the life, motivation, will, power and effort. This should not be taken lightly, because one of the effects of the exercising and following of the creational-natural principles and recommendations is that the human being frees himself/herself from his/her negative tendencies and becomes a true human being, when he/she directs his/her consciousness, his/her thoughts and feelings as well as his/her deeds towards the essential exercise of the following of the laws, recommendations and guidelines, as they are given by the spiritual teachings.
| Tatsächlich, vielen Menschen fällt es schwer, sich in die schöpferisch-natürlichen Gesetze einzufügen, denn das korrekte Handeln als Mensch in bezug der schöpferisch-natürlichen Gesetzmässigkeiten erfordert Mut, Achtung vor dem Leben, Motivation, Willen, Kraft und Anstrengung. Das sollte nicht leicht genommen werden, denn eine der Wirkungen der Ausübung und Befolgung der schöpferisch-natürlichen Gesetzmässigkeiten und Gebote liegt darin, dass der Mensch sich selbst von seinen negativen Tendenzen befreit und wahrlicher Mensch wird, wenn er sein Bewusstsein, seine Gedanken und Gefühle sowie seine Handlungen auf die wesentliche Ausübung der Befolgung der Gesetze, Gebote und Richtlinien ausrichtet, wie sie durch die Geisteslehre gegeben sind.

| The exercise of the spiritual teachings in any form is not an act of belief, but an act of deeds. This means that in principle, there must not be any belief with regard to the teaching of spirit, but only the interest and motivation as well as the will, to confront himself/herself with the teachings in a form of learning and processing, to study them carefully, to think over and go over the acquired knowledge, in order to expressly find the truth in himself/herself as success. Thus the learning/studying of the spiritual teachings means to search for and find oneself, to think and decide for oneself and not fall into any belief in the spiritual teachings. If successes, knowledge, love and wisdom as well as inner peace, inner freedom, equalisedness, wellbeing, joy, happiness and harmony are achieved through the exercise of every form of the spiritual teachings, then a trust is built up especially for one’s own person. This trust brings forth good and positive thoughts and feelings and the encouragement to try out all the acquired knowledge as effects on one’s own life, whereby knowledge, experience, experiencing, and wisdom gradually grow with the power of practice and everything becomes a life-affirming factor. Therefore it is not necessary, and moreover, not appropriate, and wrong, to approach the spiritual teachings with a belief when beginning with its exercise.
| Das Ausüben der Geisteslehre in jeder Form ist kein Akt des Glaubens, sondern ein Akt des Handelns. Das bedeutet, dass prinzipiell kein Glaube in bezug der Lehre des Geistes bestehen darf, sondern nur das Interesse und die Motivation sowie der Wille, sich mit der Lehre zu konfrontieren in Form des Lernens und Verarbeitens, sich mit ihr auseinanderzusetzen, das Erlernte zu überdenken und zu überarbeiten, um eigens in sich selbst als Erfolg die Wahrheit zu finden. Werden so durch das Ausüben jeder Form der Geisteslehre Erfolge, Wissen, Liebe und Weisheit errungen sowie innerer Frieden, innere Freiheit, Ausgeglichenheit, Wohlbefinden, Freude, Glücklichkeit und Harmonie, dann wird eigens für die eigene Person ein Vertrauen aufgebaut. Dieses Vertrauen schafft gute und positive Gedanken und Gefühle und die Ermutigung, das gesamte Erlernte als Auswirkungen auf das eigene Leben auszuprobieren, wodurch Wissen, Erfahrung, Erleben und Weisheit mit der Kraft der Praxis allmählich wachsen und alles zu einem lebensbejahenden Faktor wird. Also ist es nicht notwendig und zudem nicht angebracht und falsch, mit einem Glauben an die Geisteslehre heranzugehen, wenn mit deren Ausübung begonnen wird.

| The fact is that many human beings quite seriously advocate for the practice of the exercise of the spiritual teachings, however they are of the erroneous view that they themselves would not need to exercise them, could do without them, or that they are unsuited for them. This, however, is contrary to the truth and reality, nonsensical, because the teaching of the spirit and the practice in its exercise is distinct for each individual human being who bears intellect and rationality.

| Hence the whole evolution is built up on it, committing errors, recognizing them and bringing them to an end, in order to only then handle everything correctly. But if a thing is made right, by committing errors and bringing them to an end, then this thing only forms a single minute fact in the entire realm of facts of life to be learned, which is endlessly great and manifold. This implies that, successively, new errors appear again and again, which have to be recognised and eliminated, through which evolution only takes place, because only thereby can knowledge and wisdom be increased. It should also be noted that a single overall error consist of many different parts alone, consequently it happens and seems that when an error was recognised and eliminated, that the same error is made once more and therefore a repetition of the same error would take place. This, however, is truthly not the case, because the eliminated error remains eliminated and does not reappear, because namely in reality another part of the committed error comes into effect, which up to now has not yet been recognised, worked on and eliminated. If an overall error consists of e.g. 100 different parts, then each individual part of the overall error has to be recognised, worked on and eliminated as it becomes acute. And since the overall error in its 100 parts is always virtually identical, but truthly only jotishly, with all the individual parts, thus it appears as if the same error is made again and again or at least several times, which in fact however corresponds to a wrong assumption, because the cognition that an overall error consists of many individual resp. different parts is lacking.
| Folgedem ist die ganze Entwicklung darauf aufgebaut, Fehler zu begehen, diese zu erkennen und zu beheben, um erst dann alles richtig zu handhaben. Wird aber durch das Fehlerbegehen und Fehlerbeheben eine Sache richtig gemacht, dann bildet diese Sache nur einen einzigen winzigen Fakt im gesamten zu erlernenden Faktenbereich des Lebens, der unendlich gross und vielfältig ist. Daraus ergibt sich, dass fortlaufend immer wieder neue Fehler in Erscheinung treten, die erkannt und behoben werden müssen, wodurch sich erst die Evolution ergibt, weil nur dadurch Wissen und Weisheit gesteigert werden können. Zu beachten ist dabei auch, dass ein einzelner Gesamtfehler allein aus vielen verschiedenen Teilen besteht, folglich es geschieht und scheint, dass wenn ein Fehler erkannt und behoben wurde, dass der gleiche Fehler abermals gemacht werde und also eine Wiederholung desselben stattfände. Das jedoch ist wahrheitlich nicht der Fall, denn der behobene Fehler bleibt behoben und tritt nicht wieder in Erscheinung, weil nämlich in Wirklichkeit ein anderer Teil des behobenen Fehlers zur Wirkung gelangt, der bis anhin noch nicht erkannt, bearbeitet und behoben wurde. Besteht ein Gesamtfehler z.B. aus 100 verschiedenen Teilen, dann muss jeder einzelne Teil des Gesamtfehlers bei seinem Akutwerden erkannt, bearbeitet und behoben werden. Und da der Gesamtfehler in seinen 100 Teilen immer nahezu, jedoch wahrheitlich nur jotahaft, mit allen einzelnen Teilen identisch ist, so erscheint es, als ob der gleiche Fehler immer wieder oder zumindest mehrmals gemacht werde, was jedoch tatsächlich einer Täuschung entspricht, weil die Kenntnis dessen fehlt, dass ein Gesamtfehler aus vielen einzelnen resp. verschiedenen Teilen besteht.

| It is fundamental with regard to belief, regardless of whether it’s religious, sectarian, philosophical or worldly etc., to say that it never plays the determining role, whether the human being is a true human being or a human monster. Therefore the most deeply belief-oriented religious or sectarian influenced human being can be a very evil human fiend and monster in his/her thoughts, feelings and deeds, who shouts for revenge and retaliation and is full of hatred towards a human being, as soon as they have made themselves guilty of an offence or crime. This is the same as the so “loving godheads”, about whom the “great love” is preached, but who immediately shout for blood, revenge, death and retaliation, as soon as something is done by their believers, which is directed against their “godly orders”. But there are also superficially belief-oriented human beings, who do not care about anything at all, simply accept everything meekly and do not make an effort, to get off of their treadmill of everyday life, not rarely (often) because they are afraid of god’s punishment. But there are also those who are fanatical and radical in a belief, curse and damn everyone who is not like them or does not want to become like them, when they accordingly set about missionizing the fellow human beings. But all those and others who have badly got out of the control of the good human nature in a belief are also opposed to every human being who belongs to no belief or who follows a religious, sectarian, philosophical or worldly credo, but who try to be true human beings, make an effort hereof and live virtuously. It is these human beings with a belief of whatever form, who follow the creational-natural principles as well as the equally directed recommendations resp. advice and guidelines, without generally knowing that they act within the frame of these laws, recommendations and guidelines, and therefore exercises and follows the spiritual teachings.
| Grundlegend ist in bezug des Glauben, egal ob religiös, sektiererisch, philosophisch oder weltlich usw., zu sagen, dass er niemals die massgebende Rolle dessen spielt, ob der Mensch ein wahrer Mensch oder ein menschliches Ungeheuer ist. So kann der tiefstgläubigste religiös oder sektiererisch geprägte Mensch in seinen Gedanken, Gefühlen und Handlungen ein sehr bösartiges menschliches Monster und Ungeheuer sein, das nach Rache und Vergeltung schreit und voller Hass gegen einen Menschen ist, wenn dieser sich eines Vergehens oder Verbrechens schuldig gemacht hat. Das gleichermassen, wie die so ‹liebevollen Gottheiten›, von denen die ‹grosse Liebe› gepredigt wird, die jedoch sofort nach Blut, Rache, Tod und Vergeltung schreien, sobald von deren Gläubigen etwas getan wird, das wider ihre ‹göttlichen Anordnungen› gerichtet ist. Da sind aber auch oberflächlich gläubige Menschen, die sich um überhaupt nichts kümmern, alles einfach gottergeben hinnehmen und sich nicht bemühen, aus ihrem Alltagstrott auszusteigen, nicht selten darum, weil sie die Strafe Gottes fürchten. Da sind aber auch jene, welche im Glauben fanatisch und radikal sind, alles verfluchen und verdammen, was nicht ihresgleichen ist oder nicht ihresgleichen werden will, wenn sie dementsprechend die Mitmenschen missionierend beharken. All diesen und weiteren im Glauben Ausgearteten sind aber auch jene Menschen entgegengesetzt, die keinem Glauben angehören oder die einem religiösen, sektiererischen, philosophischen oder weltlichen Glaubensbekenntnis folgen, die aber versuchen, wahrlich Mensch zu sein, sich diesbezüglich bemühen und die Tugenden leben. Es sind dies Menschen mit einem Glauben irgendwelcher Form, die die schöpferisch-natürlichen Gesetzmässigkeiten sowie die gleichgerichteten Gebote resp. Empfehlungen und Richtlinien befolgen, ohne in der Regel dabei zu wissen, dass sie im Rahmen dieser Gesetze, Gebote und Richtlinien handeln und damit die Geisteslehre ausüben und befolgen.

| What has been said, teaches that even a belief-oriented human being of religious , sectarian, philosophical or worldly form, can definitely lead his/her life within the frame of the creational-natural laws, recommendations and guidelines, which cultivates true love, as well as the inner and outer peace, freedom, harmony, equalisedness, joy and happiness. And this can even then be the case, when just a belief is cultivated, which is fundamentally wrong in every case. What is important is not the belief, but the inner attitude, of the human being, to life, to the fellow human beings and to the flora and fauna, as well as one’s own inner and outer activity in every wise. Therefore also through the attitude and the deeds can good, positive and valueful things be evoked and brought forth out of a wrong belief, which quit certainly is not to be condemned, because something good, valueful, and positive emerges anyhow, it is indeed something upbuilding, progressive, and worthwhile as well as estimable etc. Out of sorrowfulness, it can only be said that the human being cannot achieve cognition of the effective truth and the creational-natural principles as well as its recommendations and guidelines through a belief of any kind, and consequently is kept away, with regard to the effective logically followable truth, and is led into confusion. The fact is, however, that even a human being with a belief can rightfully live, work, and evolve, even if he/she has no conscious cognitions of the spiritual teachings as well as of the Creation and its laws, recommendations, and guidelines.
| Das Gesagte lehrt, dass also auch ein gläubiger Mensch religiöser, sektiererischer, philosophischer oder weltlicher Form durchaus im Rahmen der schöpferisch-natürlichen Gesetze, Gebote und Richtlinien sein Leben führen kann, die wahre Liebe pflegt, wie auch den inneren und äusseren Frieden, die Freiheit, Harmonie und Ausgeglichenheit, die Freude und das Glück. Und das kann also auch dann der Fall sein, wenn eben ein Glaube gepflegt wird, der in jedem Fall grundsätzlich falsch ist. Wichtig ist nicht der Glaube, sondern die innere Einstellung des Menschen zum Leben, zu den Mitmenschen sowie zur Fauna und Flora, wie aber auch das innere eigene und das äussere Wirken in jeder Beziehung. So kann auch durch die Einstellung und durch die Handlungen aus einem falschen Glauben heraus Gutes, Positives und Wertvolles hervorgerufen und geschaffen werden, was ganz sicher nicht zu verurteilen ist, denn wie etwas Gutes, Wertvolles und Positives auch immer entsteht, ist es doch etwas Aufbauendes, Fortschrittliches und Lohnendes sowie Schätzenswertes usw. Von Leidigkeit kann dabei nur gesprochen werden, dass der Mensch durch einen Glauben irgendwelcher Art von der effectiven Wahrheit und von den schöpferisch-natürlichen Gesetzmässigkeiten sowie von deren Geboten und Richtlinien keine Kenntnis erlangen kann und folgedessen in bezug der effectiven nachvollziehbaren Wahrheit abgehalten und in die Irre geführt wird. Tatsache ist aber, dass auch ein Mensch mit einem Glauben rechtens leben, wirken und evolutionieren kann, auch wenn er keine bewussten Kenntnisse der Geisteslehre sowie von der Schöpfung und ihren Gesetzen, Geboten und Richtlinien hat.

| The effect of the exercise of the spiritual teachings is not intended to deny desires, greed, vices, addictions, and other Ausartungen as well as requirements, hopes, necessities, and wishes, for to the contrary they are recognised as great driving forces in the life of the human being. In the course of this, however, everything negative and ungood is realised, reconsidered, worked on, and processed in such a way, that a neutralization and dissolution results whereby to the contrary everything good and positive is developed to such an extent that it is realised.
| Die Wirkung der Ausübung der Geisteslehre ist nicht darauf ausgerichtet, Begierden, Gier, Laster, Süchte und sonstige Ausartungen sowie Bedürfnisse, Hoffnungen, Notwendigkeiten und Wünsche zu verneinen, denn gegenteilig werden sie als grosse Triebkräfte im Leben des Menschen anerkannt. | If the human being begins with the exercise of the spiritual teachings in the above named form, then he/she encourages himself/herself step by step, to expressly stand up for the fulfilment of his/her requirements, necessities, joys, and wishes, in order to bring everything to realisation. But this has to be learned, because unfortunately the rule is that the necessary knowledge is lacking, because with regard to the missing upbringing and instruction factors, all the necessary guidance was not given or at least only in a deficient way, consequently the learning of the values of realisation fail to appear and everything has to be learned afterwards. Thus many human beings do not move in the right rhythm, in order to recognise one’s own positive values or negative unvalues, to handle them correctly and either to evaluate them for the good or to influence and change them to the better and the good. Unfortunately, this means that it results in the negative that many human beings, in order to fulfil their own positive requirements and wishes, act incorrectly at the wrong time and generally are also in the wrong place at the wrong time. Thus many commit wrong deeds at the wrong moment or say the wrong thing at the wrong moment. But this can be brought to an end by the exercise of the spiritual teachings and therefore the creational-natural principles. Therefore, those who begin with the spiritual teachings, learn and exercise it, and logically ekes out his/her existence from it, will quite quickly experience evidence for the efficacy of his/her exercise of the spiritual teachings resp. of the following of the creational-natural laws. This already results in the first wish-fulfilment, namely that a first evidence of the rightness of the spiritual teachings is experienceable and liveable and the first success becomes apparent. The first evidence and successes are not so-called coincidence phenomena, which do not exist at all, if it is looked at and considered in the sense that coincidence is something that does not appear as necessary or intended and for which no reason can be given for its unexpected occurrence. Accordingly, the term coincidence presents three meanings, namely the non-essential, the unnecessary and the unintended. Thus if by coincidence the unnecessary is to be understood, then the so-called absolute coincidence is therefore meant, which means that coincidence represents a breach of the causal laws resp. of cause and effect, and presupposes the possibility of a partially free, arbitrary occurrence. This in contrast to relative coincidence, which means only the unpredictableness and incalculableness of an occurrence in detail, whereby the calculation of the so-called average arrival of such chance events and their probability, at an enormous number, is subject of the probability calculation.
| Beginnt der Mensch mit der Ausübung der Geisteslehre in der vorgenannten Form, dann ermutigt er sich nach und nach selbst, eigens für die Erfüllung seiner Bedürfnisse, Notwendigkeiten, Freuden und Wünsche einzustehen, um alles der Verwirklichung zuzuführen. Das aber will gelernt sein, denn leider ist die Regel, dass das notwendige Wissen fehlt, weil in bezug der fehlenden Erziehungs- und Belehrungsfaktoren alle notwendigen Anleitungen nicht gegeben wurden oder zumindest nur in mangelhafter Weise, folglich das Erlernen der Verwirklichungswerte ausblieb und alles nachträglich erlernt werden muss. So bewegen sich viele Menschen nicht im richtigen Rhythmus, um die eigenen positiven Werte oder negativen Unwerte zu erkennen, richtig zu handhaben und entweder zum Guten auszuwerten oder um sie zum Besseren und Guten zu beeinflussen und zu ändern. So ergibt sich im Negativen leider, dass viele Menschen, um ihre eigenen positiven Bedürfnisse und Wünsche zu erfüllen, zur falschen Zeit unrichtig handeln und in der Regel auch zur falschen Zeit am falschen Ort sind. So begehen viele im falschen Moment falsche Handlungen oder sagen im falschen Moment das Falsche. Das aber vermag sich durch die Ausübung der Geisteslehre und damit der schöpferisch-natürlichen Gesetzmässigkeiten zu beheben. Wer daher mit der Geisteslehre beginnt, sie lernt und ausübt und daraus folgerichtig sein Leben fristet, wird recht schnell Beweise für die Wirksamkeit seiner Ausübung der Geisteslehre resp. der Befolgung der schöpferisch-natürlichen Gesetze erfahren. Damit ergibt sich dann schon die erste Wunscherfüllung, nämlich dass ein erster Beweis der Richtigkeit der Geisteslehre erfahrbar und erlebbar wird und sich der erste Erfolg einstellt. Die ersten Beweise und Erfolge sind dabei keine sogenannten Zufallserscheinungen, den es überhaupt nicht gibt, wenn er in dem Sinn betrachtet wird, dass der Zufall etwas ist, das nicht als notwendig oder beabsichtigt erscheint und für dessen unvermutetes Eintreten kein Grund angegeben werden kann. Dementsprechend weist der Begriff Zufall drei Bedeutungen auf, nämlich das Nichtwesentliche, das Nichtnotwendige und das Nichtbeabsichtigte. Wird so unter Zufall das Nichtnotwendige verstanden, dann ist damit der sogenannte absolute Zufall gemeint, was bedeutet, dass der Zufall eine Durchbrechung des Kausalgesetzes resp. der Ursache und Wirkung darstellt und die Möglichkeit eines teilweise freien, willkürlichen Geschehens voraussetzt. Das im Unterschied zum relativen Zufall, der nur die Unvoraussagbarkeit und Unberechenbarkeit eines Geschehens im einzelnen meint, wobei die Berechnung des sogenannten durchschnittlichen Eintreffens solcher Zufallsereignisse und ihrer Wahrscheinlichkeit bei einer enormen Zahl Gegenstand der Wahrscheinlichkeitsrechnung ist.

| The successes, experiences and the living of them through the exercise of the spiritual teachings are a very natural result of the fact that life is brought into consonance with the rhythm of the Creation resp. of the creational, with the Universal Consciousness resp. with the universe. The Creation is not a godhead, but the primal power of everything existing in the entire universe; therefore it is the Creational and the Universal Consciousness, which altogether also embodies the universe. The Creation is the most immense and most powerful spiritual energy, which prevails over all coarse-material, fine-fluidal and high-fine-fluidal matter and is the highest evolutionary form of the universe, however, in spite of its highest evolution only shows a relative perfection and is therefore classified as all and everything existing of evolution. What is erroneously taught, from a religious and sectarian standpoint, as a world-creator resp. as a god, god the father, or godhead etc., truthly corresponds only to an imagination resp. to a thought up godhead as a world-builder and world-ruler etc., but which cannot be brought into consonance with the effective truth. Truthly only the Universal Consciousness resp. the Creation exists, which as the sole primal power of all creations of all life, embodies all of existence and the universe.

Thereby it is about accruing values, which arise through changes of the personality and character to the better, which as a result of the exercise of the spiritual teachings has an effect like a cleansing and refreshing balsam on the consciousness as well as on the thoughts and feelings, the psyche and the entire life. And in fact, there is nothing for which the exercise of the spiritual teachings and thus of following the creational-natural laws, recommendations, and guidelines can or may not be practiced. By using one’s own requirements and wishes etc. for their fulfilment as well as the desires and the lowly for their rectification, as motivation for every form of the exercise of the spiritual teachings, the life is refined and built up, whereby that which is most important and most valueful for the human happiness is created and maintained, namely true love, inner and outer peace, inner freedom, joy, equalisedness and harmony. And if all these values are expressly created in himself/herself, then the whole also extends to the environment, to the fellow human beings as well as to the fauna and flora. Thus, through this human revolution, joy, wellbeing and happiness are brought forth in the nearer and wider surrounding area.
| Der Nutzen der Ausübung der Geisteslehre ist in Sichtbares und Unsichtbares einzuteilen. Ein sichtbarer Nutzen und eine sichtbare Wohltat ist z.B., dass sich die gesamten Lebensumstände und die zwischenmenschlichen Beziehungen usw. verbessern, während dauerhafte Nutzen und Wohltaten sich im Unsichtbaren ergeben. So it is such that when the human being turns to the spiritual teachings for the first time and therefore to the creational-natural laws, he/she is struck by many feelings, which he/she is not able to think over in the first time at all, because in fact this will only happen gradually. On the whole, the process of learning takes a very long time and requires years and even a whole life, because in contrast to religious, sectarian, worldly and philosophical empty phrases and false teachings, which represent a finished and non-continueable block (unit) and thus a teaching, which cannot be continued, the spiritual teachings continue endlessly and practically has no end. The facts of the spiritual teachings indeed encompasses everything that is existent in coarse material, fine-fluidal and high-fine-fluidal, thus also the concerns of the Creation itself, as well as all seven Absolutum-forms, which the Creation stands above and the highest of which is the BEING-Absolutum, from which fundamentally all existence has proceeded from.

| The spiritual teachings is not simply a practice in the concentration of thought, but a value, to lead one’s entire life on a more creative and fulfilling path. For this reason alone it is completely wrong, to bring a preformed attitude into the teachings and therefore into the learning/studying as well as into exercise, application, and realisation. Therefore, no fixed thoughts and feelings with regard to an attitude, such as of a belief, hopes, wishes and euphoria etc., should or may be connected with the whole of the spiritual teachings, but only an absolutely neutral state. Thus also thoughts and feelings are completely misplaced, such as: “I absolutely must solve the existing problem etc.” Only the neutral form is important, with which the spiritual teachings and their exercise as well as their application and realisation are approached. And if the whole is handled in this neutral form, then a relaxation arises, through which a real enjoyment of the teaching of the spirit comes about, because ultimately the true inner nature is realised through the learning and practicing of the teachings itself, even if the consciousness does not know this in a conscious way, but only slowly but surely perceives it. Therefore the human being has to allow the acquired knowledge, solely and exclusively from the spiritual teachings, to have an effect on himself/herself, and should not and must not think up any solutions for his/her problems. But if this is done anyway, and the entire attention is not directed towards the learning/studying and towards the exercise, towards the application and realisation of the spiritual teachings and therefore the creational-natural principles, the recommendations and guidelines, then it is prevented that the perception, cognition, cognisance, the knowledge, the experience and the living of it as well as the wisdom gain a foothold and becomes conscious in the consciousness. It must be clear, hereof, that these values have to be learned and are not equally given to every human being, consequently therefore evolutionary differences exist from human being to human being, which in fact can be worlds apart.
| Die Geisteslehre ist nicht einfach eine Übung zur Konzentration der Gedanken, sondern ein Wert, um das ganze Leben auf einen kreativeren und erfüllteren Weg zu führen. Allein schon aus diesem Grunde ist es völlig falsch, eine vorgeformte Einstellung in die Lehre und damit in das Lernen/Studium sowie in die Ausübung, Anwendung und Verwirklichung einzubringen. Also sollen und dürfen keine fixierten Gedanken und Gefühle in bezug einer Einstellung, wie z.B. eines Glaubens, Hoffnungen, Wünsche und Euphorien usw., mit dem Ganzen der Geisteslehre verbunden sein, sondern nur ein absolut neutraler Zustand. So sind auch Gedanken und Gefühle völlig fehl angebracht, wie z.B.: «Ich muss unbedingt das bestehende Problem lösen usw.» Wichtig ist allein die neutrale Form, mit der an die Geisteslehre und deren Ausübung sowie an deren Anwendung und Verwirklichung herangegangen wird. Und wird in dieser neutralen Form das Ganze gehandhabt, dann entsteht eine Entspannung, durch die ein richtiggehendes Geniessen der Lehre des Geistes zustande kommt, denn letztendlich verwirklicht sich das wahre Wesen durch das Lernen und Praktizieren der Lehre selbst, auch wenn das Bewusstseins dies nicht in bewusster Weise weiss, sondern erst langsam aber sicher wahrnimmt. Also muss der Mensch das Erlernte aus der Geisteslehre einzig und allein auf sich wirken lassen und soll und darf sich nicht irgendwelche Lösungen für seine Probleme ausdenken. Wird das aber trotzdem getan und nicht die ganze Aufmerksamkeit auf das Lernen/Studium und auf das Ausüben, auf die Anwendung und Verwirklichung der Geisteslehre und damit der schöpferisch- natürlichen Gesetzmässigkeiten, der Gebote und Richtlinien ausgerichtet, dann wird damit verhindert, dass die Wahrnehmung, Erkenntnis, Kenntnis, das Wissen, die Erfahrung und das Erleben sowie die Weisheit Fuss fassen und im Bewusstsein bewusst werden. Klar muss diesbezüglich sein, dass diese Werte erlernt werden müssen und nicht jedem Menschen gleichermassen gegeben sind, folglich also evolutive Unterschiede von Mensch zu Mensch bestehen, die tatsächlich Welten voneinander trennen können.

| Die Einstellung dessen, dass sich die Geisteslehre resp. deren Lernen/Studium nur um die Erfüllung der eigenen Hoffnungen und Wünsche drehen soll, ist grundlegend falsch, denn der eigentliche Sinn liegt darin, dass die schöpferisch-natürlichen Gesetzmässigkeiten, Gebote und Richtlinien erlernt und in Ausübung verwirklicht werden, wodurch auch das Leben und all seine Situationen und Variationen usw. tiefer verstanden werden. Dadurch wird es ermöglicht, auch die grundlegenden Quellen des Glücks und des Unglücks zu entdecken und diese richtig zu handhaben, um das Glück noch höherwertig werden zu lassen, während die Ursachen des Unglücks derart verändert werden, dass sie zum Glück führen. Das aber geschieht nicht nur in bezug der eigenen Person, sondern das Ganze wird auch hinausgetragen zu den Mitmenschen, für die das erlangte Glück, die Liebe und Harmonie, der innere Frieden, die innere Freiheit und Ausgeglichenheit eingesetzt werden.

| At some point in earlier times the term “spirit” was brought into use by ununderstanding human beings with regard to the truth, which referred to something completely wrong, thus namely with regard to the consciousness. Since then the earth human being has erroneously considered and taught, that the spirit is the factor of that which stands for the ideas and production of thoughts etc. of the human being. In the resulting sense there is also talk of “spirit-illness”, which however is just as fundamentally wrong as the assertion, that ideas are created through the “spirit”– of which, among other things is also erroneously spoken of as “spiritual property” – and thoughts would take place. In fact, however, this is entirely an irrational teaching beyond compare, because the “spirit” cannot and must not be brought into connection with it in any way. The spirit of the human being is a tiny part-piece of the Creation-spirit, through which the human consciousness and out of it the physical body become enlivened. The spirit is therefore the actual “root of life” resp. the creationally given energy, through which life only becomes possible. Therefore the spirit is a breath of creation energy, which as an invisible substance forms the “breath of life” and is actually the “carrier of life”.

Tatsächlich ist das gesamthaft jedoch eine Irrlehre sondergleichen, denn der ‹Geist› kann und darf in keinerlei Weise damit in Zusammenhang gebracht werden. Der Geist des Menschen ist ein winziges Teilstück Schöpfungsgeist, durch den das menschliche Bewusstsein und aus diesem heraus der physische Körper belebt wird. Der Geist ist also die eigentliche ‹Wurzel des Lebens› resp. die schöpfungsgegebene Energie, durch die das Leben erst möglich wird. Also ist der Geist ein Hauch der Schöpfungsenergie, die als unsichtbare Substanz den ‹Odem des Lebens› bildet und tatsächlich ‹Träger des Lebens› ist.

Apart from the fact that the spirit, through its power and energies, animates the material consciousness and the material body, it has no other influence on it at all. The spirit is the actual life-principle itself, which exists in everything living, however has no influence on the thoughts, feelings and deeds of the life-forms and so therefore also not on the human being. Therefore the spirit is the animating principle of everything existing, which is brought forth solely and exclusively as a life giving factor with a possibility of evolution, or in other words: The spirit is animating neutral acting in everything living as its actual deepest Wesen, without the exertion of influence on the instinctive or conscious handling and acting of the life form, so therefore also applied to the human being. The spirit is the living oneness of the manifold and the life of life, which is true love.

Also ist der Geist das belebende Prinzip alles Existenten, das einzig und allein als Belebungsfaktor mit einer Evolutionsmöglichkeit geschaffen ist, oder mit anderen Worten: Der Geist ist in allem Lebendigen als dessen eigentliches tiefstes Wesen belebend neutral waltend, ohne Einflussnahme auf das instinktive oder bewusste Schalten und Walten der Lebensform, so also auch bezogen auf den Menschen. The consciousness is therefore not taboo, although it is the highest material and half-material control-organ of the entire human body as well as of the ideas, thoughts, and the factor of everything, which the human being makes in his thoughts and feelings as well as in his deeds and activity.

Der Geist kann weder der Schizophrenie noch dem Wahnsinn oder einfach einer Verwirrung verfallen, was gegensätzlich aber in jeder Beziehung auf das Bewusstsein zutrifft, da dieses auf das materielle Gehirn beschränkt und also als materieller Faktor für Angriffe, Verletzungen, Krankheiten und Überlastungen aller Art anfällig ist und damit geschädigt werden kann. But it was also those who have might of all previous times, who rebelled against the revolutionary teachings, because it spoke of true love, of true freedom, true peace, of well-being of the human being in general as well as of harmony, hatelessness and retaliationlessness and the fact that no slavery, no servitude, no death penalty, no revenge, no exploitation of the human beings and no evil Gewalt over the people shall be exercised and no wars shall be waged. Since time immemorial, however the teaching also made it clear that all human beings must have the same rights, that every human being is of equal value and is no more or less than the other. But that was unthinkable at all times for the powerful ones of the world as well as for the wealthy and highly acclaimed – as it is still the case even today.
| Obwohl die Geisteslehre schon vor Jahrmilliarden von Jahren von Nokodemion sowie vor Jahrmillionen weiter von Henok und Henoch aus den Erkenntnissen um die schöpferisch-natürlichen Gesetze, Gebote und Richtlinien erschaffen wurde, fand auf der Erde deren Verbreitung nur durch einzelne Propheten statt. Es waren aber auch die Machthaber aller vergangenen Zeiten, die sich gegen die revolutionäre Lehre auflehnten, weil sie von wahrer Liebe, von wahrer Freiheit, wahrem Frieden, vom Wohlergehen des Menschen allgemein sowie von Harmonie, Hass- und Vergeltungslosigkeit und davon sprach, dass keine Sklaverei, keine Knechtschaft, keine Todesstrafe, keine Rache, keine Ausbeutung der Menschen und keine böse Gewalt über das Volk ausgeübt und keine Kriege geführt werden sollen. Die Lehre machte seit alters her aber auch klar, dass alle Menschen die gleichen Rechte haben müssen, dass jeder Mensch gleichwertig und keiner mehr oder minder als der andere ist. Das aber war zu allen Zeiten für die Mächtigen der Welt sowie für die Reichen und Hochgejubelten undenkbar – wie das auch heute noch der Fall ist.

Therefore the teachings were forbidden by the rulers and those who taught the teachings in spite of the prohibition or just lived according to them, were exposed to severe persecutions and murdered. All this, while the teaching of the spirit was also consciously falsified up to the point of unrecognizability on behalf of the mightful ones of state and their priests, whereby tremendous religious and sectarian irrational teachings came into being. Ultimately everything was falsified in such a way that the actual truth of the teachings was no longer recognisable and was completely lost. Only in the Talmud Jmmanuel were certain values handed down through the teachings of Jmmanuel to the present time, in which the Talmud was found, as foreordained, in the year 1964 in the actual burial cave of Jmmanuel outside Jerusalem, translated from Aramaic into the German language by a catholic priest and published by FIGU.

Daher wurde die Lehre von den Machthabern verboten und jene schweren Verfolgungen ausgesetzt und ermordet, welche trotz des Verbotes die Lehre lehrten oder auch nur nach ihr lebten. All das, während die Lehre des Geistes auch bewusst im Auftrage der Staatsmächtigen sowie deren Priestern bis zur Unkenntlichkeit verfälscht wurde, wodurch ungeheure religiöse und sektiererische Irrlehren entstanden. Letztendlich war alles derart verfälscht, dass die eigentliche Wahrheit der Lehre nicht mehr erkenntlich war und vollends verlorenging. Nur im Talmud Jmmanuel wurden gewisse Werte durch die Lehre Jmmanuels bis in die heutige Zeit überliefert, wobei der Talmud fügungsweise im Jahr 1964 in der wirklichen Grabhöhle Jmmanuels ausserhalb Jerusalems gefunden, von einem katholischen Priester aus dem Aramäischen in die deutsche Sprache übersetzt und durch die FIGU veröffentlicht wurde.

Thanks for it are thereby due to FIGU (Free Community of interests for the Border and Spiritual Sciences and Ufological studies) resp. all its members, who undertook great efforts, in order to realise the revivification of the spiritual teachings. The entire teachings comprises approximately four hundred Spirit-Lessons as well as short-writings, micro-writings and books, which are freely acquirable and written in such a way that everyone can understand.

| It is very interesting that the statements of the spiritual teachings often correspond with the findings of many sciences resp. anticipate these explanations before they are found by the scientists. Nevertheless, however, the teachings find only a very slow breakthrough, because the human beings are still blinded by and chained to belief-based religious, sectarian, worldly and philosophical dogmas in such a way that they do not dare turn to the truth of the spiritual teachings out of pure fear of punishment and retribution. Unfortunately this means that at first only a few human beings who are searching for the truth and for the true life find their way to the teachings, however the fact is that the interest increases all the time. It is thereby also the problems of the present time, which contribute to this, because only insane, irresponsible and other ones who have very badly gotten out of the control of the good human nature embrace war, death, murder, destruction, suffering, pain and ruin, greed, vices, hate, retaliation and revenge etc., whereas righteous human beings who love peace and freedom as well as harmony search for the truth of life.
| Sehr interessant ist, dass sich die Aussagen der Geisteslehre vielfach mit den Erkenntnissen vieler Wissenschaften decken resp. diesen Erklärungen vorwegnehmen, ehe diese von den Wissenschaftlern gefunden werden. Nichtsdestoweniger jedoch findet die Lehre nur einen sehr langsamen Durchbruch, denn noch immer sind die Menschen in glaubensmässigen, religiösen, sektiererischen, weltlichen und philosophischen Dogmen derart befangen und gefangen, dass sie sich aus reiner Angst vor Strafe und Vergeltung nicht getrauen, sich der Wahrheit der Geisteslehre zuzuwenden. So finden leider erstlich nur vereinzelt nach der Wahrheit und nach dem wahren Leben suchende Menschen zur Lehre, jedoch ist es so, dass das Interesse immer mehr zunimmt. Es sind dabei auch die Probleme der heutigen Zeit, die dazu beitragen, weil sich nur Wahnsinnige, Verantwortungslose und sonstige Ausgeartete Krieg, Tod, Mord, Zerstörung, Leid, Schmerz und Verderben, Gier, Laster, Hass, Vergeltung und Rache usw. zu eigen machen, während rechtschaffene Menschen, die Frieden und Freiheit sowie die Harmonie lieben, nach der Wahrheit des Lebens suchen.

Although the whole is not realised and understood rationally by the corresponding human beings, yet it is evidence of the fact that even the clueless, and simply such human beings to whom the spiritual teachings and the therein presented creational-natural laws, recommendations, and guidelines are unknown and foreign, can live in a correct, dignified, respectful and human valueful wise.
| Jeder Mensch, der des Verstandes und der Vernunft trächtig ist, kann die Geisteslehre bewusst praktizieren. Menschen, die des Verstandes und der Vernunft jedoch nicht zugetan sind, wie z.B. durch mangelnde Evolution, können sich in unbewusster Weise schöpfungsgesetzmässig in gewissen Dingen richtig aufführen und ein durchaus menschlich würdiges Verhalten an den Tag legen. | Consciously practicing the spiritual teachings does not require any special attitude, rituals or cult activities, as well as not any particular place, as has already been explained in detail earlier. However, in the first steps of the practice of the teachings of the spirit, it can be very helpful to choose harmonious surroundings, in which a pleasant, comfortable climate and stillness is prevalent, in which case being-undisturbed is of enormous benefit. An upright sitting posture is also helpful as well as a certain concentration directed towards the material to be learned, in order to consciously perceive and absorb what is being learned. At the same time, care shall be taken that the eyes as well as the thoughts and feelings are not distracted by any other and non-relevant things and that the material to be learned is not absorbed (learned) only once, but is repeated several times, in order to truly indelibly put it into the memory and be registered by it. The fact is that a material to be learned must first be recited loudly or quietly several times, in order to become lastingly incorporated in the memory, as this is equally the case with idioms and poems etc., which are learned by heart. A certain rhythm can helpfully serve in the recitation, as well as the sincerity towards the matter in question and the pronunciation of what is spoken. Initially this may seem odd to many human beings, which is why it can come to an inhibition with regard to speaking loudly or quietly to oneself. But through the action of speaking carefully, the meaning of the spoken syllables is slowly understood, absorbed, and also feeling-based evaluated. As a result the inhibitions and the embarrassment disappear more or less quickly, whereby an inner security is ensured.
| Bewusst die Geisteslehre zu praktizieren bedarf keiner besonderen Haltung, keiner Rituale und keiner kultischen Handlungen, wie auch keiner bestimmten Örtlichkeit, wie das bereits an früherer Stelle eingehend erklärt wurde. Es kann jedoch bei den ersten Schritten der Praktizierung der Lehre des Geistes sehr hilfreich sein, eine harmonische Umgebung zu wählen, in der ein angenehmes, wohliges Klima und Ruhe herrschen, wobei ein Ungestörtsein von enormem Nutzen ist. Hilfreich ist auch eine aufrechte Sitzhaltung sowie eine gewisse Konzentration auf den zu erlernenden Stoff auszurichten, um das bewusst wahrzunehmen und aufzunehmen, was gelernt wird. Es soll dabei darauf geachtet werden, dass der Blick sowie die Gedanken und Gefühle nicht durch irgendwelche andere und nicht sachbezogene Dinge abgelenkt werden und dass der zu erlernende Stoff nicht nur einmal aufgenommen, sondern mehrmals wiederholt wird, um wirklich unauslöschbar ins Gedächtnis zu gelangen und von diesem registriert zu werden. Tatsache ist, dass ein zu erlernender Stoff erst mehrmals laut oder leise rezitiert werden muss, um bleibend im Gedächtnis aufgenommen zu werden, wie das gleichermassen der Fall ist mit Redewendungen und Gedichten usw., die auswendig gelernt werden. Ein gewisser Rhythmus bei den Rezitationen kann hilfreiche Dienste leisten, wie auch die Aufrichtigkeit zur Sache und die Aussprache dessen, was gesprochen wird. Das mag anfänglich manchen Menschen seltsam erscheinen, weshalb es zu einer Hemmung kommen kann in bezug dessen, selbst laut oder leise vor sich hinzusprechen. Durch das Vorgehen des Vorsichhinsprechens aber wird langsam die Bedeutung der gesprochenen Silben verstanden, aufgenommen und auch gefühlsmässig ausgewertet. Dadurch verschwinden die Hemmungen und die Verlegenheit mehr oder weniger schnell, wodurch eine innere Sicherheit gewährleistet wird.

| In the recitation of the spiritual teachings materials the loudness is not the decisive factor, but the importance consists in a confident, clear and powerful voice. Thereby how long it is spoken and learned, is not determinative for the success, but it all depends solely and exclusively on whether the spiritual teachings are practiced at all. Thus it is a quite personal concern that each human being has to decide for himself, because everything depends on him. Therefore the practice is important, in fact up to the point of one’s own satisfaction, which also means that the exercise of the practice can be of varying length from human being to human being as well as one’s very own. Hereof namely no effective rule exists, in which case however, such can be specifically set up, in order to dedicate oneself to a rhythm of learning practice. The practice of the learning/studying can be formed just as purely individually as also the selection of the place and time, consequently everything can also be formed according to the circumstances at the moment, according to one’s own possibilities as well as requirements and wishes. At the very least, care should be taken that no great tiredness is produced and that the first steps do not take too long. If the practice of the learning/studying of the spiritual teachings is implemented e.g. twice a day, so in the morning and evening, then this corresponds to the normal rhythm, which is given by day and night, which many a human being likes better than any times during the day or night.
| Bei der Rezitation des Geisteslehrestoffes ist nicht die Lautstärke der entscheidende Faktor, sondern die Wichtigkeit besteht in einer sicheren, klaren und kraftvollen Stimme. Wie lange dabei gesprochen und gelernt wird, ist nicht bestimmend für den Erfolg, sondern es hängt alles einzig und allein davon ab, ob die Geisteslehre überhaupt praktiziert wird. Also handelt es sich um ein ganz persönliches Belang, das jeder Mensch selbst entscheiden muss, weil alles von ihm selbst abhängt. Wichtig ist also das Praktizieren, und zwar bis zum Punkt der eigenen Zufriedenheit, was auch besagt, dass das Ausüben der Praktik sowohl von Mensch zu Mensch, als auch eigens, unterschiedlich lang sein kann. Diesbezüglich besteht nämlich keine effective Regel, wobei eine solche jedoch eigens aufgestellt werden kann, um sich einem Rhythmus des lernenden Praktizierens hinzugeben. Das Praktizieren des Lernens/Studiums kann ebenso rein individuell gestaltet werden wie auch die Auswahl des Ortes und die Zeit, folglich alles auch je nach den momentanen Lebensumständen, nach den eigenen Möglichkeiten sowie Bedürfnissen und Wünschen gestaltet werden kann. Geachtet sollte dabei zumindest darauf werden, dass keine zu grosse Müdigkeit gegeben ist und dass die ersten Schritte nicht zu lange Zeit in Anspruch nehmen. Wird die Praktik des Lernens/Studiums der Geisteslehre z.B. zweimal täglich durchgeführt, so am Morgen und Abend, dann entspricht das dem normalen Rhythmus, der durch Tag und Nacht gegeben ist, was manchem Menschen besser zusagt, als irgendwelche Zeiten während des Tages oder der Nacht.

The practice of the learning, exercising, application and realisation of the spiritual teachings requires no personal help at all of any teacher, for fundamentally self-learning is the factor of that which is also given by the creational-natural laws. For human beings, however, who do not find this from one’s own perception and cognition of the creational-natural laws, recommendations and guidelines, the written down facts of the teachings of the spirit are given, which are freely practicable based on one’s own effort and without special personal guidance of a male or female teacher.
| Für das Praktizieren des Lernens/Studiums der Lehre des Geistes ist es besser, dies zweimal täglich während nur kurzer Zeit zu tun, als sich erst nach mehreren Tagen Ausstand wieder zu bemühen, sich praktizierend der Lehre zuzuwenden. Werden längere Unterbrüche gemacht, dann versandet jeweils alles Erlernte wieder, weil es in die Vergangenheit flieht und vergessen wird. Daher ist eine tägliche Zuwendung zur Geisteslehre notwendig, auch wenn es jeweils nur wenige Minuten sind. Die stetige Übung des Gelernten ist wichtig und von ganz enormer Bedeutung, denn durch die fortschreitende Ausübung entsteht das Bedürfnis, immer nach weiteren Werten zu suchen und sich eigens immer mehr aufzubauen und die bestmögliche relative Vervollkommnung zu erreichen. Das Praktizieren des Lernens, Ausübens, der Anwendung und der Verwirklichung der Geisteslehre bedarf keinerlei persönlicher Hilfe irgendwelcher Lehrer, denn grundlegend ist das Selbsterlernen der Faktor dessen, der auch durch die schöpferisch-natürlichen Gesetze gegeben ist. Für Menschen jedoch, die nicht aus eigenem Wahrnehmen und Erkennen der schöpferisch-natürlichen Gesetze, Gebote und Richtlinien zu diesen finden, sind die niedergeschrieben Fakten der Lehre des Geistes gegeben, die frei nach eigener Bemühung und ohne spezielle persönliche Anleitung eines Lehrers oder einer Lehrerin praktizierbar sind.

This surrounding area includes all family members as well as relatives, as well as the circle of friends and acquaintances too, however also all fellow human beings of every belief or other view, every societal status and every race, as well as the entire fauna and flora.
| Als Mittelpunkt der Geisteslehre stehen gleichermassen das Lernen/Studium sowie das Ausüben, Praktizieren und Verwirklichen des Erlernten. Insbesondere ist dabei die praktische Umsetzung der schöpferisch-natürlichen Gesetze, Gebote und Richtlinien auf die Lebensweise wichtig. This quite apart from the fact that worship and veneration correspond to unvalues, which are founded on submission and bondage, because on the one hand worship means a complete surrendering of one’s self/personality and submissive-attitude, whereas on the other hand veneration with regard to a doctrine, a godhead or an idol – to which human beings also belong – is based on a courtship, which is connected with a certain fanaticism. In a correct wise, only honour or honouring resp. a being honoured can find use, to which also the proper respect and dignity belong.

However the human being may be formed, good or evil, negative or positive, everyone has this desire within them in some wise; and in fact, every human being also has something – no matter what it is and whether he is conscious of it or not - , to which he shows the values of honour, respect, esteem and dignity. This means that if the human being is e.g. ill or depressed, everything is reflected in the consciousness, through which then also the immune system is affected.
