| The opposite of true love is hate, and this very often makes human beings murderers, and has done so since time immemorial, for hate is as old as humanity itself. The fundamental causes of hate are so diverse that they cannot be listed in their entirety, for the triggers are purely psychological and conscious in nature, and are based on a wide range of factors. Auch Bestrafung, Sehnsüchte, Wünsche, Frust, Kränkung, Kälte, Hitze, Verachtung, Haarfarbe, Benachteiligung, Eifersucht, Quälen, Farben, Wetter, Demütigung, Geprügeltwerden, strenger und knallharter Gehorsam, Zucht und Ordnung, Unterdrückung, Schikane resp. Jegliches Gefühl der Liebe wird durch die den Menschen ausgrenzenden Einflüsse völlig abgetötet, wobei jegliche Macht dem bodenlosen Hass überlassen wird, der nach und nach sich zum krankhaften Wahn steigert, der keinem Verstand und keiner Vernunft mehr zugänglich ist. Dabei sind die Formen des Hasses äusserst vielfältig, der so gegen Kinder, Frauen, Mädchen, Jungen oder Männer, Regierungen, Behörden, das Militär, Andersgläubige und die Wohlhabenden gerichtet sein kann, wie aber auch gegen jene Menschen, die in Frieden leben, in Liebe eine Partnerschaft, Freundschaft oder Familie führen, in der Nachbarschaft leben oder eine gute Anstellung haben. Bei einem boden- und grenzenlosen Hass jedoch ist die Regel gegeben, dass ständig nur dieser Persönlichkeitsteil die Oberhand hat. | Eine durch Hass entstehende Gewaltkaskade baut sich in einem hassbefallenen Menschen unkontrollierbar in Sekunden oder in knapp einer Minute auf, wonach hassvoll Gewalt irgendwelcher Art ausgeübt wird. Eine solche Gewalttat beruht nicht auf einer impulsiven Tat, wie auch nicht auf einer Brutalität im Affekt, denn der hassgeschwängerte Mensch ist einfach gewaltbereit, folglich die Schleusen für eine Hasstat ständig geöffnet sind. Das jedoch entspricht bereits einer Sucht, die als gehirnsubstantielle Droge wirkt und das Machtgefühl über Mitmenschen, Dinge und Situationen usw. ungehemmt steigert. Das Gehirn eines Menschen, der in sich Hass aufgebaut hat, ist ständig auf Aggression programmiert, wobei der offene gewalttätige Ausbruch derselben unberechenbar ist und auf äusserst banalen und winzigen Dingen beruhen kann. Bricht die gestaute Aggression nach aussen durch, dann geht von der Grosshirnrinde aus alles sehr schnell, wobei die bewusste, reflektierende Kontrolle über die Handlung rasend schnell schwindet. Die Grosshirnrinde wird dabei praktisch blockiert, folglich keine Handlungsreize mehr in sie gelangen, wobei jedoch alles rasend schnell in den Hirnstamm gelangt, der der eigentliche Ausgangspunkt der Aggression ist. Dann rast eine gigantische Welle Nervenbotenstoffe in die im Kerngebiet des Grosshirns liegende Amygdala resp. in den Mandelkern und überschwemmt diesen Faktor – eine Schleuse für Erinnerungen und gedanklich-gefühlsmässige Regungen, die nach ganz bestimmten Kriterien abgetastet werden, nach Ängsten, Abneigungen und Hass. Die Wirkung sind Erregung und Unruhe, Schwitzen und weiche Knie, und das Gehirn meldet Bedrohung, wo wahrheitlich keine ist. Alle Kontrollmechanismen werden ausser Kraft gesetzt, und es wird einem Rauschzustand Platz gemacht, aus dem heraus Belohnungskaskaden in Erscheinung treten, die ebenso einer Sucht entsprechen wie der missbräuchliche Genuss von Alkohol, von Drogen, Medikamenten, Sport, Essen und Sex usw. Auf diese Weise mutiert der Mensch zum gewalttätigen Unmenschen, wobei das Suchthormon Dopamin eine entscheidende Rolle spielt, das auch dazu führt, dass einzelne dem Hass Verfallene damit ihr Belohnungssystem im Kopf stimulieren, indem sie ganz gezielt die Konfrontation suchen und ihren Aggressionen freien Lauf lassen.

And it is indeed true that human beings programme their brains to hate, either through their own actions or through the influence of fellow human beings or through some external influence. In any case, the human being creates the hatred within himself out of his own volition, even if he is terrorised from the outside, for example, through whispering, coercion, humiliation or education, etc., which is only possible if he is mentally unstable and weak. In order to let hatred arise in himself, the human being must overcome the inhibition mechanisms located in the cerebrum, which is the case in a very short time in mentally unstable and weak people due to constant 'training'. And when the inhibitions are overcome, the fear of dying and of death also disappears, and this in turn programmes the aggressive defence reflexes and the violence.
| Auslöser des Hasses sind auch Hörigkeit, Befehlsgewalt sowie blinder Autoritätsglaube, bei dem die Verantwortung für Taten oder für alles und jedes nicht selbst getragen, sondern an Dritte abgegeben wird. Ein weiterer Grund ist der, andere Menschen sowie Amtsstellen, Gegenstände und Dinge aller Art sowie Situationen oder Geschehen als Feind zu sehen. Und tatsächlich ist es Wahrheit, dass der Mensch durch sich selbst oder durch die Einflüsse von Mitmenschen oder durch irgendwelche Ausseneinflüsse sein Gehirn auf Hass programmiert. Wahrheitlich schafft der Mensch in jedem Fall den Hass in sich aus eigenem Antrieb, und zwar auch dann, wenn er z.B. von aussen her durch Einflüsterungen, Zwang, Demütigung oder Ausbildung usw. terrorisiert wird, was jedoch nur möglich ist, wenn er mental labil und schwach ist. Um Hass in sich entstehen zu lassen, muss der Mensch die im Grosshirn angesiedelten Hemm-Mechanismen überschreiten, was durch ein konstantes ‹Training› bei mental Labilen und Schwachen schon in recht kurzer Zeit der Fall ist. Und werden die Hemmungen überschritten, dann schwindet auch die Angst vor dem Sterben und vor dem Tod, und dadurch wiederum werden die aggressiven Abwehrreflexe und die Gewalt programmiert.

| Durch die triebhafte, brodelnde Energie des Hasses verschwindet sogar die komplexe Fähigkeit des Mitgefühls für den Nächsten, für die Mitmenschen und für alles und jedes. Der Hass führt dabei zur blinden Raserei, die alles zerstört, was der Mensch an Gutem und Wertvollem in sich mühevoll erarbeitet und erschaffen hat. Die feinen Strukturen der Nervenbahnen werden von der archaischen Kraft des Widerwillens ebenso überrollt wie auch das soziale, weitsichtige Verhalten. Kleinste und banalste Vorkommnisse und Situationen usw. entladen sich im Ärger ungebremst in Aggression und Wut, der Realität des Daseins völlig entfremdet und dermassen, dass die Mitmenschen usw. tendenziell resp. der allgemeinen Entwicklung entsprechend nur noch als Feinde gesehen werden. Im günstigen Fall werden die andern Menschen einfach als Idioten beschimpft, insbesondere dann, wenn ihnen durch den Hass ein asoziales Verhalten angelastet wird. Und genau das beweist, dass äusserst viele Menschen zumindest in geringer Form in sich selbst vom Hass betroffen sind, jedoch in einer kleinen Art und Weise, die nicht zu Gewalt und sonstig schweren Aggressionen führt, jedoch davon zeugt, dass in ihnen eine paranoide Phantasie sowie Gedanken und Gefühle des Hasses am Werk sind.

The effect of this is that a physical, mental and overall mental exhaustion occurs, which in turn leads to new frustration, new anger and an increase in hatred and aggression. The result is that once hatred is created and breaks out, it takes over and dominates everything in its might. A neurological pendulum in the area of a relatively small but significant nucleus in the diencephalon, the hypothalamus, also plays an important role. This reacts to a certain stress hormone, but conversely also releases large amounts of the stress hormone cortisol. And this happens when a human being is under pressure and in a stressful situation. The inhibition threshold becomes lower the more often anger, revenge and offence etc. provoke a feedback process. Everything is always situation-dependent and a question of time before a feedback reaction between the aggression centre and the stress hormone occurs, causing the human being to lose control. And for this to happen, a tiny little conflict situation of some kind is enough.
| Hass führt auch zur Rache und Vergeltung, wobei die Antriebskräfte derselben nicht selten auch in sadistischen Formen zur Geltung kommen. Das geschieht besonders darum, weil durch den Hass im Körper ungeheure Stressreaktionen ausgelöst werden, die im Zusammenhang mit negativen Gedanken, Gefühlen sowie durch daraus entstehende Aggressionen ungeheure Mengen von Energie verschlingen. Der Effekt davon ist der, dass eine körperliche sowie bewusstseinsmässige und gesamtmentale Erschöpfung erfolgt, was wiederum zu neuem Frust, zu neuer Wut und zum Steigern des Hasses und der Aggressionen führt. Das hat zur Folge, dass der Hass, wenn er erst einmal erschaffen ist und ausbricht, alles in seine Macht reisst und beherrscht. Dabei spielt auch ein neurologisches Pendel im Gebiet eines relativ kleinen, jedoch bedeutsamen Kerns im Zwischenhirn, dem Hypothalamus, eine wichtige Rolle. Dieser nämlich reagiert auf ein bestimmtes Stresshormon, schüttet jedoch umgekehrt auch grosse Mengen des Stresshormons Cortisol aus. Und das geschieht eben dann, wenn der Mensch unter Druck und in Stress gerät. Die Hemmschwelle wird dabei um so niedriger, je öfter Wut, Rache und Kränkung usw. einen Rückkopplungsprozess hervorrufen. Alles ist immer nur situationsbedingt und eine Frage der Zeit, um eine Rückkopplungsreaktion zwischen dem Aggressionszentrum und dem Stresshormon hervorzurufen, wodurch der Mensch dann ausrastet. Und damit das geschieht, reicht bereits eine winzig kleine Konfliktsituation irgendwelcher Art.

| Interessanterweise ist festzustellen, dass sich der kleine, minimale oder der boden- und grenzenlose Hass im Kopf des Menschen auch dann fortsetzt, wenn er vom Ganzen nichts bemerkt, weil der Hass nämlich auch in ungewollter Weise auftreten und aus dem Versteckten heraus agieren kann. Bereits unbewusste Wahrnehmungen auf verhasste oder sonstwie unbeliebte Menschen, Objekte, Pflanzen, Gegenstände, Tiere und Dinge aller Art, rufen unkontrollierte Reaktionen in den Augen hervor, wie z.B. eine Iris-Verengung. Auch der Puls und der Blutdruck verändern sich, wie auch Schwitzen und ein steigender Hautwiderstand Zeichen des Hasses sein können. Doch nicht genug damit, denn Hass kann auf einen mental labilen und schwachen Menschen ansteckend wirken, und zwar insbesondere dann, wenn er unter Stress steht. Dabei muss jedoch verstanden werden, dass Stresshormone nicht die eigentlichen Auslöser von Feindseligkeit sind, jedoch in hohem Masse dazu beitragen. Und Tatsache ist, dass hassvolle und erregte Menschen andere für ihre diesbezügliche negative Verhaltensweise und Reizung haftbar machen und zudem ihren Hass und ihre Erregung auf die Mitmenschen projizieren, folglich die negativen Emotionen einfach auf den Nächsten übertragen werden.

| Hass und sonstige aggressive Neigungen jeder Art können auch hirnphysiologische Ursachen haben, insbesondere durch Schädigungen des Frontalhirns, das als Sitz der Impulskontrolle die Gewalt begünstigt, die sich auch als aggressive Handgreiflichkeiten äussern kann. Schädigungen im Stirnhirn können zu unkontrollierbaren Wutausbrüchen führen, durch die nicht selten Mitmenschen oder die ganze Umwelt malträtiert werden. Gewalttätigkeit entsteht unter anderem auch durch Hirnstoffwechsel-Störungen, wie z.B., wenn der Serotonin-Hormonspiegel zu niedrig ist. Weiter ist es in gleicher Beziehung gegeben, dass Aggressionen und Gewalt in Erscheinung treten, wenn krankhafte Veränderungen der Gefühlszentrum-Strukturen des limbischen Systems gegeben sind.

| The greatest evil of our time is the rapidly increasing violence and aggression in families, among adolescents and in many people in general, although damaged brain structures have little to do with it. The fact is that all violence and aggression is learned, whether through the faulty upbringing of parents or other legal guardians, or through contact with socially misguided colleagues, friends and acquaintances, etc. So aggression and violence are also acquired, learned and adopted, just like love, compassion, helpfulness and humanity. The human being is not like animals and creatures, not even when he has instincts and drives within him, because he is fundamentally aware of himself and is able to consciously use and control all his behaviour, ideas, thoughts and feelings, as well as his entire mental block. Certain behavioural traits in relation to aggression and violence cannot be inherited in the same way, because genes do not determine how the brain is to behave. In fact, they merely provide the possibility or potential, which the human being must consciously use and shape. So it is up to the human being himself how he develops, together with the guidelines provided by role models. Evil, hatred and violence, as well as revenge, retaliation and killing, are not innate to human beings. Rather, they learn these negative values just as they also have to learn to control their impulses. So everything is in the hands of human beings, including the strength with which they develop love or aggression, hate, revenge or peace, freedom, joy and harmony, and how they deal with frustration and disappointment or with happiness and well-being.
| Das wohl grösste Übel der heutigen Zeit ist die rasant zunehmende Gewalt und Aggression in den Familien sowie unter den Jugendlichen und vielen Menschen überhaupt, wobei geschädigte Gehirnstrukturen wenig damit zu tun haben. Tatsache ist dabei, dass all die Gewalt und die Aggressionen erlernt sind, sei es durch die fehlerhafte Erziehung der Eltern oder sonstig Erziehungsberechtigte, oder durch den Umgang mit sozial falschgesteuerten Kollegen, Freunden und Bekannten usw. Also sind Aggression und Gewalt ebenso anerzogen, erlernt und übernommen wie auch die Liebe, das Mitgefühl, die Hilfsbereitschaft und Menschlichkeit. Wahrheitlich ist der Mensch nicht wie das Tier und das Getier, und zwar auch dann nicht, wenn er Triebe und Instinkte in sich hat, denn grundsätzlich ist er sich seiner selbst bewusst und vermag sein ganzes Verhalten sowie all seine Ideen, Gedanken und Gefühle sowie seinen gesamten Mentalblock bewusst zu nutzen und zu steuern. Gewisse Dinge des Verhaltens in bezug auf Aggression und Gewalt können nicht genmässig vererbt werden, denn die Gene bestimmen nicht darüber, wie sich das Gehirn zu verhalten hat. Tatsächlich geben sie lediglich die Möglichkeit resp. das Potential vor, das der Mensch selbst bewusst nutzen und formen muss. Also liegt alles am Menschen selbst, wie er sich entwickelt, zusammen mit den Vorgaben, die durch die Vorbilder gegeben werden. Das Böse, der Hass und die Gewalt sowie die Rache, Vergeltung und das Töten sind dem Menschen nicht angeboren, sondern er erlernt diese Unwerte ebenso, wie er auch seine Impulskontrolle erlernen muss. Also liegt alles in des Menschen Händen, so auch, in welcher Stärke er Liebe oder Aggression, Hass, Rache oder Frieden, Freiheit, Freude und Harmonie entwickelt, mit Frust und Enttäuschungen oder mit Glück und Wohlbefinden umgeht.
