Das Wort �Demokratie� stammt aus dem Griechischen und bedeutet
�Volksherrschaft� resp.
�Herrschaft des Volkes�.
The word
"democracy" stems from the Greek and means "people-rule",
respectively, "rule of the people".
Irrigerweise ist die Mehrheit der Erdenmenschen der
Ansicht, die auf unserem Planeten nach den Prinzipien und Spielregeln der
irdischen Politik praktizierten Formen der �Demokratie� seien echte
Demokratieformen im w�rtlichen Sinne.
The majority of terrestrial
humans are erroneously of the view that the forms of "democracy"
which are practiced on our planet according to the principles and the rules of
play of terrestrial politics, are genuine forms of
democracy in the literal sense.
Das ist aber nicht der Fall, denn eine wahrheitsgem�sse,
direkte Demokratie ist nur dann gegeben, wenn tats�chlich alle Macht,
Entscheidungsbefugnis und Gewalt direkt beim Volk liegt.
But that is not the case
because a true, direct democracy only occurs when all power, the authority to
make decisions, and force, actually lies directly with the people.
Die f�hrenden Kr�fte m�ssen dabei vom Volk direkt
bestimmt werden und dessen Beschl�sse getreu durchsetzen.
Thereby the leading powers
must directly be appointed by the people and must faithfully carry out its
decisions.
Ausnahmslos alle Entscheidungen des Volkes m�ssen durch
Mehrheitsbeschl�sse direkt und v�llig unbeeinflusst von jeder Propaganda und
ohne vorherige Absprachen zustande kommen.
Without exception all the
decisions of the people must come about directly through a majority resolution
and completely uninfluenced by any propaganda, and without prior consultations.
Andere Formen, wie die auf der Erde �blichen �Demokratien�, sind dies nur dem
Namen nach.
Other forms of
"democracies", as are usual on the Earth, are democracies in name
only.
In Tat und Wahrheit sind sie n�mlich nichts anderes als
Parteien- und Regierungsdiktaturen, die sich betr�gerisch das Etikett
�Demokratie� ans Revers geheftet haben, selbst wenn sie sich hochtrabende
Bezeichnungen wie �Repr�sentative (nationale) Demokratie�,
�Mehrheitsdemokratie�, �Konsens-/Konkordanzdemokratie�, �Delegative Demokratie�
oder �Deliberative Demokratie� nennen.
The fact and truth is that they are, namely, nothing other than party and government
dictatorships which have deceitfully tacked the label "democracy"
onto their lapels, even if they name it highfalutin names like
"representative (national) democracy", "majority
democracy", "consensus/concordant democracy", "delegate
democracy" or "deliberative democracy".
Wirkliche Demokratie ist nur m�glich, wenn das Volk in
Einigkeit zusammensteht und sich dessen bewusst wird, dass es die Verantwortung
in die eigene Hand nehmen muss, weil es allein der wirkliche und wahre Souver�n
des Staates ist.
Real democracy is only
possible if the people stand together in unity and are conscious that they must
take the responsibility into their own hands because they alone are the real and
true sovereign of the state.
Doch leider hapert es bei den Menschen der Erde ganz
gewaltig an diesem Bewusstsein sowie an der Verantwortung, dem
Zusammengeh�rigkeitsgef�hl und an der Einigkeit, weshalb auch keine wahren
Demokratien zustande kommen k�nnen, die diesen Namen auch verdienen.
Yet, unfortunately the
humans of the Earth have quite an enormous shortage of this consciousness as
well as of the responsibility, and the feeling of solidarity and of unity,
therefore also no true democracy can come about which even deserves this name.
Die Gr�nde daf�r k�nnen im grossen und ganzen wie folgt
zusammengefasst werden:
The reasons for this, on
the whole, can be summarised as follows:

und f�r das Wohl der Gemeinschaft; Gleichg�ltigkeit; Dummheit;
Obrigkeitsh�rigkeit; kultreligi�se und sektiererische Verblendung;
Unterdr�ckung der Selbst�ndigkeit resp. Erziehung zur Unselbst�ndigkeit;
mangelnde Selbsterziehung; fehlendes Wissen bez�glich der eigenen M�glichkeiten
und Pflichten; fehlende resp. mangelnde Kenntnis der sch�pferischnat�rlichen
Gesetze und Gebote, wodurch im Denken der Menschen Unlogik, Desorientierung und
Ziellosigkeit regieren, was sie manipulierbar macht.
A lack of preparedness for
responsibility for one's own life and for the welfare of the community;
indifference; stupidity; subservience; cult-religious and sectarian blindness;
oppression of independence, respectively, rearing so that there is a lack of
self-reliance; a lack of self-rearing; defective knowledge regarding one's own
capabilities and obligations; defective, respectively, a lacking cognition of
the creational-natural laws and commandments whereby illogic, disorientation
and purposelessness govern in the thoughts of the humans which makes them able
to be manipulated.

Machtstreben; �berbordender Materialismus; Manipulation des Volkes durch

Undemocratic political, and party, system
structures; the politicians' and responsible ones' lack of
human qualification; bribery and venality; legal immunity of politicians,
leaders of commerce and the responsible ones; lobbyism; unbridled striving for
power; overflowing materialism; manipulation of the people through propaganda;
election falsifications and election fraud; inadequately organised and
supervised voting systems; nepotism; disinformation through the media, and so
forth.

Armut, Gewalt, k�rperliche, bewusstseinsm�ssige und
psychische Degeneration der Menschen werden durch die �berbev�lkerung

up through overpopulation.

The results of that are:
disturbances in the development of the personality and in the interpersonal
realm; ethical and moral decay; the falling apart of families and social
structures; chaos and anarchy; rigid power structures taking the upper hand;
loss of values and the breakdown of law and order.

Encyclopedia defines the term "politics" in the following way:
"The term politics comes from the Greek term 'polis' derived
from 'city' or 'community'.
Er bezeichnet ganz allgemein ein vorausberechnendes,
innerhalb der Gesellschaft auf ein bestimmtes Ziel gerichtetes Verhalten.
It quite generally
designates a pre-calculating behaviour which is directed inside the society at
a certain goal.
Allerdings gibt es letztlich bis heute keine Einigkeit
dar�ber, ob Macht, Konflikt, Herrschaft, Ordnung oder Frieden die

However, to this day, there
is ultimately no unity over whether power, conflict, control, order or peace constitute the principle categories of politics."

Schon in dieser Definition kommt klar zum Vorschein,
wovon die Formen der irdischen Politik gepr�gt sind: Von verfilzten
Parteiensystemen, in denen sich die Meinungen und Interessen der Parteien, ihrer
Anh�nger und Nutzniesser unvereinbar gegen�berstehen.
In this definition it is
already clearly apparent what distinguishes the forms of terrestrial politics;
corrupt party systems, in which the opinions and interests of the parties
irreconcilably override their members and beneficiaries.
Uneinigkeit und Streit sind die Folge davon, was wiederum
verhindert, dass die erforderlichen logischen Massnahmen ergriffen werden.
Disunity and conflict are
the results of that which then hinder the grasping of the required logical
measures.
Das �vorausberechnende Verhalten� zielt dabei nicht auf das Gemeinwohl ab,
sondern in erster Linie auf die Machterhaltung zu rein egoistischen Zwecken.
The "pre-calculated
behaviour" is thereby not aimed at the public welfare, rather, above all,
at the maintenance of power for purely egoistical purposes.
In den Parteien herrscht nicht das demokratische Prinzip
der freien Meinungsfindung, sondern ein terroristischer Meinungs- und
Fraktionszwang, der Parteimitglieder und Abgeordnete zwingt, sich dem Willen
der Parteibosse unterzuordnen und die eigene Meinung dem Diktat der M�chtigen
zu opfern.
The democratic principle of freely forming opinions does not rule in the parties, rather
it is a terroristic
coercion of opinion and factions, which coerces the party members and
assemblies into subjecting themselves to the will of the party bosses and
sacrificing their own opinion to the dictates of the powerful ones.
Dass Abgeordnete bez�glich ihrer Entscheidungen nur dem
eigenen Gewissen verpflichtet seien, wie es das Gesetz vorsieht, davon kann
keine Rede sein.
One cannot say that the
assemblies, in regard to their decisions, are only obliged to their own
consciences, as the law intends.
Die Parteiideologie/-philosophie resp. das Parteiprogramm
entspricht einem Wunschbild, das nicht mit der Realit�t des menschlichen und
gesellschaftlichen Lebens �bereinstimmt.
The party
ideology/philosophy, respectively, the party program, corresponds to a fantasy
which is not in accord with the reality of human and societal life.
Ein aktuelles Beispiel f�r das Versagen der Politik ist
der G8-Gipfel der acht m�chtigsten und wirtschaftskr�ftigsten Nationen
(Deutschland, Frankreich, England, Italien, Japan, Kanada, Russland, USA und
die Europ�ische Kommission) im Juni 2007 in Heiligendamm/Deutschland, wo unter
anderem �ber Massnahmen zur Bek�mpfung des Klimawandels verhandelt wurde.
A current example of the
failure of politics is the G8 Summit of the eight mightiest and most commercially
powerful nations (Germany, France, England, Italy, Japan, Canada, Russia, the
USA, and the European Union) in June 2007, in Heiligendamm, Germany, where,
among other things, measures towards fighting climate change were negotiated.
Einmal mehr blockierte der unf�hige US Pr�sident Bush
alle Bem�hungen um das Zustandekommen effektiver Beschl�sse und Massnahmen.
Once more the incapable US
President Bush blocked all efforts for the coming about of effective
resolutions and measures.
Anstatt schnell und effektiv zu handeln, werden von den
Regierenden stets eigene wirtschaftliche, milit�rische und sektiererische
Interessen verfolgt.
Instead of behaving quickly
and effectively the governments always pursue their own commercial,
militaristic and sectarian interests.
Der eigentliche Grund des Klimawandels und vieler anderer
Missst�nde auf der Erde wird dabei verbrecherisch und feige verschwiegen,
n�mlich das explodierende Wachstum der Erdbev�lkerung mit allen schlimmen
Folgen f�r Mensch, Umwelt und Planet (siehe FIGU
Bulletin Nr. 36, 37 und FIGU
Offener Brief Nr. 1).
The actual reason for
climate change and many other grievances on the Earth - namely the exploding
growth of the Earth's population with all the bad results for the human,
environment, and planet - is thereby passed over in a criminal and cowardly
manner. (see FIGU Bulletins, number 36 and 37, and
FIGU Open Letter, number 1.)
Das Haupt�bel der irdischen Regierungsformen liegt darin,
dass die Regierenden vom Volk nicht direkt gew�hlt und in ihre �mter eingesetzt
werden.
The main evil of the
terrestrial forms of government can be found in the governments not being
directly elected and appointed to their offices by the people.
In der Regel wird die F�hrung des Staates indirekt durch
die gew�hlten Parteien und deren Bosse bestimmt.
As a rule, the country's
leadership is indirectly determined by the elected parties and their bosses.
Die Bev�lkerung erf�llt dabei im Grunde genommen nur den
Zweck, die an die Macht strebenden Parteivertreter in bestimmten Zeitabst�nden
mit ihren Stimmen zu unterst�tzen und ihnen damit alle Entscheidungsgewalt und
Handlungsbefugnis zu �bertragen, was von den Politikern heuchlerisch �Aus�bung
freier, demokratischer Wahlen� genannt wird.
Thereby
the population actually only fulfils the purpose of supporting, with its votes,
in certain time intervals, the party representatives who strive for power, and
thereby transfer to them all power of decision and authority to act, which the
politicians hypocritically call the "exercising of free democratic choice".
Dem Volk wird dadurch verunm�glicht, wirklich
verantwortungsbewusste, wissende und weise Menschen und geeignete
F�hrungskr�fte durch direkte Wahlen einzusetzen.
The people are thereby made
incapable of appointing, by means of direct elections, appropriate managers and
knowing and wise humans who are really conscious of their responsibility.

Vielmehr bestimmt ein korrupter Parteienapparat, der sich
auf diktatorische Macht und Hierarchiestrukturen st�tzt, wer die Regierung
bildet und die Staatsgesch�fte �im Namen des Volkes� f�hrt.
Rather,
a corrupt party apparatus, which is supported by dictatorial power and
hierarchical structure, determines who forms the government and leads the
affairs of state "in the name of the people".
Nach den Wahlen f�hlen sich die Regierenden nur noch selten dem Volk und dem
Allgemeinwohl verpflichtet, sondern nur noch dem Erhalt der eigenen Macht.
After the elections the
governments only seldom feel obliged to the people and the common wellbeing.
They only feel obliged to the maintenance of their own power.
Kritiker und Rivalen werden nach M�glichkeit
ausgeschaltet und mit allen Mitteln mundtot gemacht, wozu auch Rufmord geh�rt.
Critics and rivals, where
possible, are excluded and are silenced by every means, one of which is
character assassination.
Um das Volk gef�gig zu machen, bedienen sich die Parteien
grossangelegter Propagandamaschinerien, die durch Staatsgelder, Steuern,
Spenden und verdeckte Bestechungsgelder finanziert werden.
In order to make the people
amenable, the parties operate broadly aimed propaganda machinery, which is
financed by state money, taxes, donations and concealed bribe money.
Wird das Volk im Rahmen von Abstimmungen nach seinem
Willen befragt, dann wird es vorher durch �meinungsbildende Massnahmen� derart
verwirrt und verunsichert, dass ein Mehrheitsbeschluss in der Regel genau ins
Konzept der Politiker passt.
If, in the context of
voting, the will of the people is asked for, then it is so confused and made
insecure before time through "opinion-forming measures" that, as a
rule, a majority decision fits exactly into the politicians' concept.
Unerw�nschte Abstimmungsergebnisse werden von den
Politikbonzen mit geheuchelter Toleranz zur Kenntnis genommen und sofort
unterlaufen, wenn das Volk alles vergessen hat und in die gew�nschte
Gleichg�ltigkeit und Lethargie zur�ckgefallen ist.
Undesired voting results
are taken into account by the political bigwigs with feigned tolerance and are
immediately evaded when the people have forgotten everything and have
fallen back into the desired indifference and lethargy.
Notfalls l�sst man das dumme Volk mit immer �neuen
Vorlagen� solange �ber denselben Punkt abstimmen, bis das gew�nschte Ergebnis
vorliegt.
If need be, they let the
stupid people vote about the same point, always with "new
presentations", until the desired result presents itself.
Betrachtet man neutral und unvoreingenommen die Art und
Weise, wie in �demokratisch� regierten Staaten Entscheidungen zustande kommen,
ist festzustellen, dass die Parteien � wie auch das b�sartige EU-Krebsgeschw�r
� in Wahrheit diktatorische Machthaber sind, die das Volk suggestiv
beeinflussen, wodurch dieses nicht mehr nach freiem Willen zu entscheiden
vermag.
When one regards, neutrally
and without prejudice, the manner in which decisions come about in
"democratically" governed countries, it is realised that the parties
- as also with the malignant EU cancer growth - are, in truth, dictatorial
power-mongers which suggestively influence the people, whereby they are no
longer able to decide according to their free will.
Der Volkswille wird einfach verbrecherisch �bergangen und
ignoriert, wenn es der Politikmafia nicht ins Konzept passt.
The will of the people is
simply criminally trampled over and ignored if it does not fit into the
political Mafia's concept.
Das Volk ist allerdings zu grossen Teilen selbst an diesem
Missstand schuld, weil ein einheitlicher, nach sch�pferischnat�rlichen Gesetzen
und Geboten ausgerichteter Volkswille nicht existiert.
The people themselves are,
indeed, in great part, responsible for this grievance because a unified will of
the people, which is aligned according to the
creational-natural laws and commandments, does not exist.
G�be es diesbez�glich Einigkeit unter den V�lkern, dann
w�re die logische Folge, dass Politiker, Regierende und sonstige
Verantwortliche einen Nachweis �ber ihre Bef�higungen erbringen m�ssten; das
Volk einen Amtsinhaber sofort absetzen k�nnte, wenn dieser nachweislich unf�hig
oder nicht willens w�re, sein Amt nach Gesetz und Ordnung auszuf�llen.
If,
in this regard, there was unity among the peoples, then the logical result would be that politicians,
governors and other responsible ones would have to produce evidence of their
qualifications; the people would have to be able to immediately dismiss an
officeholder if he evidently became incapable or unwilling to fulfil his office
according to law and order.

Dieser Satz beschreibt die der Politik innewohnende
Unf�higkeit, eine wirkliche Ordnung nach sch�pferischnat�rlichen
Gesetzm�ssigkeiten zu schaffen.
This sentence describes the
inherent incapacity of politics to produce real order according to
creational-natural laws.
Solange die �berwiegende Masse der Menschen sich nicht
der Geisteslehre/Lehre des Lebens nach Nokodemjon/Henok zuwendet und in sich
selbst und im �usseren nicht wirklichen Frieden, Freiheit, Harmonie und Liebe
erschafft, und die Politik nur danach strebt, das Volk f�r dumm zu verkaufen,
es zu entm�ndigen, total zu �berwachen, materiell auszubeuten und auf seine
Kosten zu leben, kann es keinen wirklichen Frieden auf der Erde geben.
As long as the prevailing
mass of humans does not turn to the spiritual teaching/teaching of life according
to Nokodemion/Henok and does not produce real peace, freedom, harmony and love in
itself and externally, and politics only strives to lead the people around
by the nose, deprive it of the right of decision, totally control it,
materially exploit it and live at its expense, there can be no real peace on
Earth.

Um die Parteiensysteme zu �berwinden, w�re es notwendig,
den verbrecherischen Machenschaften der Parteien, Wirtschaftsbosse, Religionen,
Sekten und Profiteure Widerstand entgegenzusetzen und durch eine wahrheitliche
Demokratie zu ersetzen, in der das falsche Alte durch richtiges Neues abgel�st
und ersetzt wird.
In order to overcome the
party systems it would be necessary to provide resistance to the criminal
machinations of the parties, commercial bosses, religions, sects and profiteers
and replace them with a truthful democracy in which the old wrong way is
removed and replaced by the correct new way.
Auch Mahatma Ghandi schaffte das nicht, weil er zwar
durch eine ausgeartete Gewaltlosigkeit die Bev�lkerung Indiens von der
kolonialen Herrschaft des britischen Empire befreien konnte, sonst jedoch
nichts erreichte.

did not
create that because, although he was able to liberate the population of
India from the colonial control of the
British Empire through a degenerated forcelessness,
he otherwise, however, achieved nothing.
H�tte er Gewaltsame Gewaltlosigkeit zur Wirkung gebracht,
h�tte er nicht nur eine wirkliche Demokratie aufbauen, sondern auch das
Kastenwesen sowie die ausgearteten religi�sen und gesellschaftlichen Br�uche
und alle anderen Falschheiten beseitigen und eine funktionierende Regierung
nach den Gesichtspunkten des Volkswohles einsetzen m�ssen.
Had he brought forcible
forcelessness into effect he would not only have built up a real democracy but
also eliminated the caste system as well as the degenerated religious and
societal customs, and all other falseness, and would have had to appoint a
functioning government according to the viewpoint of the peoples' welfare.
Erst wenn die V�lker sich dessen bewusst werden, dass sie
der eigentliche Souver�n ihres Staates sind und dass die Regierenden und
F�hrenden ausschliesslich zum Wohle ihrer V�lker zu beschliessen und zu handeln
haben, werden sie sich von ihren Tyrannen befreien und wahre Demokratien
verwirklichen k�nnen.
Only if the people
themselves become conscious that they are the actual sovereign of their country,
and that the governments and leaders have to exclusively decide and act for the
benefit of its people, will they be freed from their tyranny and be able to
manifest true democracy.
Diese Einsicht und Erkenntnis m�sste sich im ganzen Volk
verbreiten, damit es in Einigkeit den richten Weg zur Demokratie einschlagen
und gehen kann.
This insight and cognition
will have to spread out among the entire people so that it can strike upon, and
go, the right way, united, towards democracy.
Das wird aber erst dann m�glich, wenn ein grosser Teil
der Menschen in bewusster Selbstverantwortung lebt und nach besten
M�glichkeiten im Sinne der sch�pferischnat�rlichen Gesetze und Gebote denkt,
f�hlt und handelt.
But that is then only
possible if a large part of humanity lives in conscious self-responsibility and
thinks, feels and acts,
as much as possible, in the sense of the
creational-natural laws and commandments.
Heute ist das leider erst nur in kleinen Gruppen m�glich,
die sich nach den sch�pferischen Gesetzm�ssigkeiten ausrichten.
Today that is unfortunately
only possible in small groups which align themselves according to the
creational laws.
Solange die grosse Masse der Menschen nicht �ber die

l�sst sie sich weiterhin willenlos von verantwortungslosen Regierungen und von
den Irr- und Wahnsinnslehren der sie versklavenden Religionen und Sekten

majority of humans are not instructed about the creational truth and do not set
aside their dependency on the authorities, they let themselves further be led
around will-lessly by irresponsible governments and by the false and delusional
teaching of the religions and sects which enslave them, and they sacrifice their
freedom and independence on the bloody altar of belief and materialism.

politicians is not determined by the will to selflessly serve the people and, as
the executive organ, to implement the will of the people - as would be good and

The prerequisites for leading and guiding
correctly are, a great amount of modestly, neutrality, anti-materialism,
