Is it possible to overpopulate the Milky Way Galaxy with civilizations?(Human and non human included)Or is that impossible?

Hello, Please correct me if I am wrong, but as far as I know the Milky Way is approximately 100-120 thousands in diameter and 10 thousand thick, that what our scientists say. The other thing is that in contact report # 251 Billy talks about creation of our race by Syrians, and it was about 22 million years ago and you present here information …”The first genuinely recognizably human forms of life were created on the oldest planets of our galaxy about 9,000,000 to 12,000,000 years ago….”. Please explain it to me why we have such discrepancies. Thanks B.J. Witelus

Hi BJ, that's the awesome thing about science, it is always changing (mostly to get up to speed with Billy's material :) The discrepancy could be from assuming our race is the same as the original older version. I would think that our race was created 22 million years ago while other older races have been in existence for 9 - 12 billion years.

BJ according to event timeline Creator Overlords created them 7,000,000,000 years ago: http://www.futureofmankind.co.uk/Billy_Meier/Event_Timeline

and in contact 251: http://www.futureofmankind.co.uk/Billy_Meier/Contact_Report_251

I don't see mentioning of 22 million...

What I don't get is this:

"The age of this galaxy amounts to close to exactly 810,000,000,000 years since the beginning of the first formations of gas."

But in event timeline it says:

"1,911,000,000,000 years ago - The first formations of gas come about for the Milky Way galaxy." http://www.futureofmankind.co.uk/Billy_Meier/Event_Timeline
