Aruseak AKA Ashtar Sheran is the king of lie and deception (Lug und Trug). Even Quetzal and mister Billy were deceived by his selfmade image as a leader of a splinter group who has recognized the truth and has been sending telepathic messages, which are "extremely faithful to the truth and stimulate joy" to some Earth human life forms (please see Contact Report 38). Although I admire this flowery selfmade image, I tend to say that Aruseak is the best double agent ever lived on this planet and the greatest liar ever come to this solar system. Pinocchio is almost nothing compared to him.
