| Aha, so your giant clearer, nice to be there again and a little off Earth and to be able to look at the world space from other than earthly point of view. Well, then I would like to ask you to explain in simple words what corresponds to your diagnosis, because I don't need any expert talk, but simply clear and understandable facts. I would also like to say the following: But I'm curious to see if you can find out anything at all, because if I think that I've been going to doctors for more than a year now and have been in tomographs three times and nothing has been found, then it can be difficult to find the cause of the pain. But this does not mean that I have doubts about your medical ability and your possibilities, but simply that it will be difficult. So I want to say that with your possibilities you will probably be in a better position to find the cause than earthly physicians with their still insufficient apparatuses and physiological knowledge, which refer to the life processes and the functional processes in the organism. And as you know, Eva managed – as I told you – to prescribe me physiotherapy by the doctor, which hasn't worked after four therapies so far, so the pain hasn't eased an iota. Nor can the physiotherapist find an answer to the fact that the pain in the shoulder, upper and lower arm, hand and thumb did not appear slowly, but in a flash from one fraction of a second to the next.

| Then I was really lucky that the string was torn and the lightning beam was deflected. It is also now clear that the tendon rupture did not occur last year in August, when I was balancing up a heavy beech block. But I'm surprised how it could happen that about 26 years after the assassination attempt at that time, suddenly the strong pain occurred and now it has lasted for more than a year without interruption and is sometimes hardly bearable. Nor do medicines, pills, tablets and ointments help, because either they are of no use at all, or they make me miserable, nauseous and dizzy. Only 'Saridon' relieves the pain for about five to six hours, but then it is over again. And I don't want to take more than one tablet a day, which is why you can imagine yourself, because I don't want to get addicted or sick from it.

| What do you mean? Well, then I have to come to terms with it and try to do the same as I have done with my left arm and have done since 1964. The arm also rumbles 24 hours a day with phantom pain, against which I do not take any pain medication, but have gotten into the habit of simply ignoring it, which I now also have to do with the right arm, the hand and the shoulder and armpit at least partly for some time. But I think that I have to take care of the matter in addition to the conscious thought and therefore have to see to it that my arm, shoulder, armpit and hand are kept in good shape in terms of movement and strength and that they are brought back into shape so that there is no atrophy. Some movements hurt very much, even when lifting heavy things, but as usual I will manage it anyway, because it has to be easy and I do not give up and do what has to be done. Although my dear Eva always wants to give me a hand when I have to lift heavy files down or up or carry other heavy things, etc., but I cannot simply allow that. However, it is true that I appreciate their help, but it should also be understood that I have to keep my arm, shoulder, armpit, hand and thumb in motion, even if sometimes I could yodel because of the pain.

| Of course, because what rests, that rusts, that is well known, so I know what I have to do. But now, dear friend, I thank you for all your efforts in clarifying the evil that has afflicted me, because now I know where I am and that my thoughts and feelings were not deceiving me when they intuitively told me that neither medication nor physiotherapy would help. So now I know that from a medical and physiotherapeutic point of view nothing can be done against suffering itself and also nothing against pain, but that only I with the power of my consciousness and my thoughts can become master of the matter and have to hold on to what I also do, no matter how long it will last. Thank you, Ptaah, my friend, you have really helped me a lot, so now I'm getting ready for what's necessary and maybe I'll get a bearable result faster and achieve an acceptable success.

Ptaah:

Ptaah:
1. There I am, Eduard, dear friend, greetings, and when you are ready, then we can leave immediately. 1.

Billy:

Billy:
Just went over there and told Eva you called me and I would be gone. Bernadette is also informed because she called me a few minutes ago. Greetings to you, too, Ptaah, dear friend. Of course we can go right now, just through the gate, right?

Ptaah:

Ptaah:
2. Of course. 2. Natürlich.

Billy:

Billy:
Then I can now also enjoy this invention. First question: Where should we go, because through the transmitter gate I only see a bare room with apparatus and appliances? Second question: Should everything then be recorded and also recorded in writing, what will result when you …?

Ptaah:

Ptaah:
3. Everything that you actually know will be recorded, but what the coming of the investigation will be, there is no need for it, because you do not have to call up or write down the relevant records. 3. Aufgezeichnet wird alles, was du ja eigentlich weisst, doch was das Kommende der Untersuchung sein wird, dafür besteht keine Notwendigkeit, folgedem du die diesbezüglichen Aufzeichnungen weder abrufen noch niederschreiben musst.
4. It will be enough to record our short conversation that we are having at the moment, later only what I will explain to you when we will be back here in your workroom. 4.
5. I can answer your first question by saying that our destination will be my wide-body aircraft, which you know, and the room you see is the transmitter room from which I come. 5.

Billy:

Billy:
Aha, so your giant clearer, nice to be there again and a little off Earth and to be able to look at the world space from other than earthly point of view. Well, then I would like to ask you to explain in simple words what corresponds to your diagnosis, because I do not need any expert talk, but simply clear and understandable facts. I would also like to say the following: But I am curious to see if you can find out anything at all, because if I think that I have been going to doctors for more than a year now and have been in tomographs three times and nothing has been found, then it can be difficult to find the cause of the pain. And as you know, Eva managed – as I told you – to prescribe me physiotherapy by the doctor, which has not worked after four therapies so far, so the pain has not eased an iota. Nor can the physiotherapist find an answer to the fact that the pain in the shoulder, upper and lower arm, hand and thumb did not appear slowly, but in a flash from one fraction of a second to the next.

Ptaah:

Ptaah:
6. It's really strange, but let's go now, Eduard – come. 6.

Billy:

Billy:
Okay … So we are back. We were long gone, close to four hours by the clock. Then you can now say what you have noticed and have not talked about yet. But please be merciful and there’s no need for any technical jargon. Ok …

Ptaah:

Ptaah:
7. I waited with an explanation, because on the one hand I wanted to let you calm down a bit after everything, because you already made a very tired impression when I took you away. 7.
8. Then … 8. Dann …

Billy:

Billy:
I am sorry, that is true, but … Entschuldige, das ist zwar so, doch …

Ptaah:

Ptaah:
9. Second, before leaving we discussed that we would not talk about the diagnosis until we were back in your workroom so that you could retrieve and write down our conversation. 9.

Billy:

Billy:
Right, then please say now what you have to say, also what the review has resulted in, but please without the technical jargon. Richtig, dann sag jetzt bitte, was du zu sagen hast, auch was die Rückschau ergeben hat, doch bitte ohne Fachlatein.

Ptaah:

Ptaah:
10. Yes, and I want to explain in simple terms what I have found, even without technical terms. 10. Ja, und ich will auch ohne Fachausdrücke, sondern in einfacher Ausdrucksweise erklären, was ich festgestellt habe.
11. As I have informed you briefly and as you have observed, it took me a long time to diagnose the origin of the pain in order to find out the cause of the pain that suddenly appeared in your right shoulder, armpit and whole arm, right up to your hand and thumb, without any previous signs of pain. 11.
12. According to your exact explanation I followed meticulously from your swollen thumb and hand the path of pain that led from the thumb over the hand and the whole arm to the armpit and shoulder, then down the right side of the body to the left side of the knee. 12.
13. This procedure was unfortunately a little painful for you and lasted some time. 13.
14. The whole thing – because the incident concerning the lightning strike occurred to me – aroused in me the suspicion that the real source of your severe pain could be the attack on your life when you were struck by the artificial lightning in your thumb at 19:30 hrs on the 24th of April, 1990. 14.
15. The energy went over your arm into the armpit and shoulder and then down the right side of the body to the knee, which you leaned against the set big stone, whereby the energy of the lightning went into this and blew out a piece of stone. 15.
16. As you know, the energy of the flash injured your thumb and hand and tore the tendon in the middle of your right shoulder to a length of a few centimetres in the shape of a discus, which caused you considerable pain at that time, which is why you called for medical help. 16.
17. And as I could see, the attack on your life would have succeeded if the energy of the lightning had not been distracted by the tearing of the tendon, had not gone down the body to the knee and into the stone, because otherwise it would have spread over both shoulders into the head and over the upper body and would have brought the function of the heart to a deadly standstill. 17.

Billy:

Billy:
Then I was really lucky that the string was torn and the lightning beam was deflected. It is also now clear that the tendon rupture did not occur last year in August, when I was balancing up a heavy beech block. But I am surprised how it could happen that about 26 years after the assassination attempt at that time, suddenly the strong pain occurred and now it has lasted for more than a year without interruption and is sometimes hardly bearable. Nor do medicines, pills, tablets and ointments help, because either they are of no use at all, or they make me miserable, nauseous and dizzy. Only 'Saridon' relieves the pain for about five to six hours, but then it is over again. And I do not want to take more than one tablet a day, which is why you can imagine yourself, because I do not want to get addicted or sick from it.

Ptaah:

Ptaah:
18. I cannot explain why the pain occurred within seconds, but why it did not occur until 26 years after the assassination attempt on you, that can be explained, but I will talk about it later. 18.
19. So I found no evidence that the pain affected you from one second to the next, but I found that the muscles and nerves struck by the lightning energy and the torn tendon had functional deformities that led to the severe pain after such a long time, but nothing can be done about it because the damage is irreparable. 19.
20. But as I have noticed, the deformation is in an ongoing, long-term and protracted state of change, which means that over time the pain and swelling of your hand and fingers will recede, but this can take a long time. 20.
21. But everything can swell up and down over and over again and thus appear strong again, even when it has completely subsided – which can obviously take a very long time, however, if the 26 years are considered, until the whole thing has now appeared for the first time. 21.
22. And it is understandable that the doctors you have consulted have not been able to determine this, because the doctors on earth are not sufficiently far-flung in their knowledge of diagnoses and knowledge in this field, nor do they have the necessary equipment, devices and other possibilities to recognize and diagnose such a disease as has afflicted you. 22.
23. Functional deformations like these, which are caused by lightning energies and only appear suddenly after such a long time, are in addition still completely unknown to earthly medicine, exactly because they have no knowledge of it and also no possibility to diagnose it. 23.
24. But I also have to explain that the whole thing of the long late reaction corresponds to a new insight for me, as was also the case with your left upper arm, in which after about 40 years after the amputation a severe blood poisoning developed for inexplicable reasons, but which could be cured by the knowledge of the doctor. 24.
25. The fact that the pain could not appear during the last 26 years can, in my opinion, only be due to the fact that you yourself avoided its outbreak. 25.
26. So I see the reason for the very late reaction in the fact that it has been avoided over all the years due to your tireless work and the associated strong effort of your arm respectively its muscles and nerves. 26.
27. But when last year, after the heart operation on the 12th of June, the surgery kept you from the strict work for two months, the muscle and nerve cords weakened very quickly, deformed very quickly and caused the pain, because otherwise it could hardly be possible. 27.
28. But what can be done against the aftereffect of the lightning bolt that struck you, I have also clarified and unfortunately have to explain to you that no drugs will actually work in this respect, except, as you say, the painkiller 'Saridon' in a minor way. 28.
29. And as far as physiotherapy is concerned, which you already mentioned before my diagnosis, it has to be said that it is nonsensical and pointless, because you can only overcome the evil and thus the pain through your own conscious-minded healing power and the reuse of your labour. 29.
30. But this can take a long time and be very painful, and then you have to reckon with several more months or even one more year, perhaps even two to three years, in order to be largely or completely painless again, although the deformation will certainly only be suppressed, but not regenerated. 30.
31. I have no hesitation in this regard, however, that you could not cope with it, for you have always been anxious to challenge yourself until you achieve what you have set out to do. 31.

Billy:

32. You have the right attitude to it, I have not doubted that, because you know very well yourself how necessary movement is in this relationship, because atrophy of the muscles and nerves can occur very quickly if nothing is done about it. 32.

Billy:

Billy:
Thank you, Ptaah, my friend, you have really helped me a lot, so now I am getting ready for what's necessary and maybe I will get a bearable result faster and achieve an acceptable success.

Ptaah:

Ptaah:
33. I could doubt that, if I did not know you so well, I would follow knowing that what you are saying is very serious and that you are doing exactly what you said. 33.
34. But now, Eduard, dear friend, goodbye, for other duties call me again. 34. Doch nun, Eduard, lieber Freund, auf Wiedersehn, denn mich rufen wieder andere Pflichten.

Billy:

Billy:
Goodbye, dear friend, and thank you again very much, Ptaah. Thanks. Danke.
