You know, sometimes wishes can come true that seem unfulfillable to you. It's not a miracle, but you can still call it miraculous at will, because if you know that everything always comes together in the way you make it, then the result seems miraculous after all.

| Unpleasant. Naturally I will raise your explanation at the May general assembly. The electromagnetic vibrations from electronic devices as well as strong Earth-magnetic vibrations are indeed really not harmless, because hallucinations, aggression, depression, low morale and discord – indeed also the phenomena of "ghostly apparitions" – can even be provoked which have no connection with acute or stored mental vibrations, respectively fluidal powers, rather, are based, as a rule, on fantasies and imaginations which are normally simply caused by states of angst. The basis for this can really be very strong electromagnetism, for example, by way of electronic devices, and so forth, or it can simply arise as a result of a strong magnetic field of the Earth. Extremely low-pitched sounds from electronic devices and other things as well as from nature, which cannot be perceived by the human ear – so-called infrasound – can cause strong vibrations, in the case of objects and with the human body and all its organs, such as, for instance, also in the eyes. The consequences of that are hallucinations and panic attacks as well as depression, discord and negative moral states, because the thoughts and feelings as well as the consciousness succumb to confusion as a result of the vibrations. In the said form, there is a connection among infra-sound, electromagnetism, and ghostly apparitions. Infrasound and electromagnetism can trigger the internal attack-and-escape mechanism of the human being as well as panic attacks and hallucinations, and so forth, and it is especially the case if one is in a spooky or weird-looking place, in a depressed mood or in a mystical situation, and so forth. That which is decisive in this regard is that the sense of the human beings is under great tension, whereby he perceives the environment and his situation, and so forth, as a threat. In this state, then "ghostly apparitions" can be seen or strange, ghostly sounds can be heard, or unreal touches can be felt, and so forth. Strong electromagnetic fields have effects on the human body and its organs, which therefore also includes the brain and consciousness as well as the thoughts, emotions and the psyche, which lead to hallucinations, whereby the human being sees, hears and feels things which are not real. Electromagnetism and infrasound produce an effect on the human brain in such a way, that, for example, the feeling is created that someone strange is present – a ghost, and so forth, because he cannot be seen, or can be dimly seen as a result of the imagination. Faces and figures can also be seen and sounds as well as unreal breathing, and so forth can be heard, or, in the same way, unreal touches can be felt. Thereby the human being can become increasingly insecure and anxious, because the activity of fantasy and the imagination increases and everything is considered absolutely real, as for example in a similar manner to the way human beings appear who believe that they have been abducted and examined or impregnated by extraterrestrials and later have their foetuses stolen, which, in regard to pregnancy, naturally, only applies to women. With all of these human beings, fantasy and the imagination – so to speak – go mad, whereby everything is of such a strong nature that the fantasy images and the imagination appear absolutely real – all caused by infrasound, or by strong electromagnetic fields. And human beings who succumb to this, consider everything to be real, and believe that it is truthful reality, in such a way that, consequently, even polygraphs and interviews under hypnosis can be withstood.

| Unerfreulich.

FIGU prefers the word "swinging waves" when the word Schwingungen is used in German, as opposed to the conventional English use of the word "oscillations". In regard to electromagnetic frequencies, etc. it had been suggested that 'vibration(s)' was the preferred usage. However, this has not been able to be definitively verified, thus, for the time being electronic swinging waves is used.

Please note: At the time of this contact, April 2005, Billy and Ptaah were still concealing many of the facts behind the telenotically-induced (elecromagnetic mind-control)  "alien abduction" experiences, behind accusations of conventional schizophrenia, attention-seeking, etc. Only some two years later, on Billy's 70th birthday, February 3rd, 2007, [[Contact Report 441|was more of the truth revealed]].

Billy:

Billy:
Oh. – Hello, you are already here, my friend. Actually, I just wanted to drop this stuff off at the office. Unfortunately I have to go back to the kitchen because I have to check the heating. Oh.

Ptaah:

Ptaah:
1. Be greeted, Eduard. 1. Sei gegrüsst, Eduard.
2. Go ahead, dear friend, because it will not take long. 2.

Billy:

Billy:
Certainly not. Until then … Bestimmt nicht. Bis dann …

Ptaah:

Ptaah:
3. Do not let me keep you, just go … 3. Lass dich nicht aufhalten, geh nur …

Billy:

Billy:
… Here I am again, Ptaah. – Man, this surprise. Be warmly welcomed and greeted, you yet unknown to me girl. Sit only on the divan. I am always up for such pleasant surprises. What can I call you? …

Najdescha:

Najdescha:
1. My name is Najdescha, and I thank you for your warm greeting, Eduard. 1.
2. It is a great honour and pleasure for me to meet you. 2.
3. I also offer you my respectful greetings. 3. Auch ich entbiete dir meinen respektvollen Gruss.

Billy:

Billy:
Also very pleased, thank you. – Ptaah, you are a rascal; you know how to surprise me. But Najdescha, may I ask you what your name means and where your home is? I would also like to ask, without being impertinent, if you would like to tell me your age? Here on Earth you really should not do that, because the female sex always makes a secret about their age, and if they do mention their age, then it is often not true. Especially some conceited females often claim that they are younger than they really are. Many unfortunately cannot cope with age, which is why they also have their face and body surgically beautified.

Ptaah:

Ptaah:
4. You like to be surprised in this wise, dear friend. 4.

Najdescha:

Najdescha:
4. My name means 'The One Who Brings Hope', and my home is Erra. 4.
5. It was a great desire of mine to meet you, which is why Ischwisch Ptaah grants me this wish today. 5.
6. It is a very great honour for me to be here and to see you face to face. 6.
7. What you say regarding the female sex on the Earth, is known to us on Erra, but incomprehensible, for we do not practise having our faces or our body parts surgically altered in order to appear more beautiful, young or younger. 7.
8. We find it a great honour to grow old with dignity and to bear the marks of age. 8.
9. So even the mention of age does not cause us any problems, as I can also tell you my age of 422 years. 9.
10. My task and activity is not an elevated one, for I am a simple woman and also work in a simple wise in a monitoring plant of natural food production, together with my husband. 10.
11. We have three children, two daughters and one son, all grown up and working with Ischwisch Ptaah in his big flying apparatus. 11.

Billy:

Billy:
It is an honour for me as well. Thank you for your visit. What tasks and activities are incumbent on you on Erra, you have already said, but I do not understand what is actually meant by that. And how is it that you have mastered the German language?

Najdescha:

Najdescha:
12. I learned the German language only to be able to talk to you personally, because I have many private things I want to discuss with you. 12.
13. On Erra you are known through Ischwisch Ptaah and our spiritual leadership for being a very wise counsellor and for giving a valuable answer in everything, so why was it my wish to ask you for various pieces of advice, if you allow? 13.
14. And what I can say about my tasks and activities is this: 14.
15. On the Earth, you call my family responsibility, to my knowledge, housework or housewife, while my other task and activity is based on the supervision of food production. 15.
16. To be more precise, I am a trained gardener and am responsible for planting and caring for and harvesting natural food. 16.
17. In other words, it can be explained that I carry out my activity in a very large vegetable cultivation plant. 17.

Billy:

Billy:
Very respectable. I should have understood that natural food production refers to this, to vegetable growing and the like. Sehr respektabel.

Najdescha:

Najdescha:
18. Vegetable growing is also correct, yes. 18. Gemüseanbau ist auch richtig, ja.
19. But in addition there is the care and the harvest. 19.
20. But the utilisation of food does not fall within my area, because my husband is responsible for that. 20.

Billy:

Billy:
You speak excellent German. But if it is all right with you, Najdescha, I would like to get involved with Ptaah first, after which I will devote myself to you in private and answer your questions.

Ptaah:

Ptaah:
5. For my part I will then go out into the night and take a walk. 5.

Billy:

Billy:
We can do that. But one thing interests me: Why, Ptaah, does Najdescha speak of you as Ischwisch Ptaah? That is new to me, because I thought that it was not usual for you to mention the titles or something.

Najdescha:

Najdescha:
21. I just like to call him Ischwisch Ptaah, like many others do. 21.

Billy:

Billy:
Aha, but still I do not understand? Aha, aber trotzdem verstehe ich nicht?

Ptaah:

Ptaah:
6. When someone in our country speaks in the manner of Najdescha, it is the same as when we speak to each other with my friend or dear friend. 6.
7. So it is a matter of dignified naming, but this has nothing to do with the fact that the human beings on the Earth address each other with titles, which is nonsensical. 7.

Billy:

Billy:
Got it, son. Verstanden, mein Sohn.

Ptaah:

Ptaah:
8. Then I want to leave now and move outside for an hour and a half, because Najdescha will probably need this time to discuss everything with you and get your advice. 8.

Billy:

Billy:
That should not be a problem. See you, dear friend. – And off he goes. – Najdescha, then we can talk now. Das soll kein Problem sein. Bis dann, lieber Freund. – Und weg ist er. – Najdescha, dann können wir uns jetzt unterhalten.

Najdescha:

Najdescha:
22. It is all so improbable that I am sitting in front of you and we can talk now. 22.
23. For many years I have cherished this wish before I dared to reluctantly present my request to Ischwisch Ptaah who, surprisingly, immediately responded to my request and promised me that he would bring me to you. 23.
24. Yes, and here I am now and still cannot really believe that it is really so. 24.
25. I am very grateful to Ischwisch Ptaah for that. 25. Dafür bin ich Ischwisch Ptaah sehr dankbar.
26. I also want to express my deep gratitude to you, Eduard, for your spontaneous response to my showing up and my wish – it is really hard for me to believe. 26.

Billy:

Billy:
Najdescha, please, just take the whole thing as it is, as reality actually grants you. You are here, and that is fact and reality. You know, sometimes wishes can come true that seem unfulfillable to you. This is indeed not a miracle, but you can still call it miraculous, because if you know that everything always comes together in the manner you make it, then the result seems miraculous after all.

Najdescha:

Najdescha:
27. These are beautiful words. 27. Das sind schöne Worte.
28. Thank you. 28. Danke.
29. Then I will begin with this question, if I may: 29.
30. … 30. …

Billy:

Billy:
I thank you for your trust, and if you have nothing more to ask, I will call Ptaah.

Najdescha:

Najdescha:
31. No, I have no more questions. 31. Nein, ich habe keine Fragen mehr.
32. Thank you for your instructive advice. 32. Lieben Dank für deine lehrreichen Ratgebungen.

Billy:

Billy:
It has been my great honour and pleasure. And if you can come again to visit, I would be delighted.

Najdescha:

Najdescha:
33. That will hardly be the case, but who knows? 33.

Ptaah:

Ptaah:
9. Here I am again. 9. Da bin ich wieder.

Billy:

Billy:
Welcome back. You want to tell me any upcoming events worth mentioning? Afterwards maybe we could talk privately with Najdescha. Willkommen zurück. Willst du mir gleich kommende erwähnenswerte Dinge nennen?

Ptaah:

Ptaah:
10. Yes, we can do that. 10. Ja, das können wir so tun.
11. Then the following is to be said, which I actually should have said a long time ago: 11.
12. As you know, the Centre is located at a place in which, from time to time, particularly strong Earth-electromagnetic swinging waves make themselves noticeable, which strongly influence the body, the psyche and the consciousness of the human being, whereby his/her impulses in regard to thoughts and feelings shift into uncontrolled courses and can ausarten [get badly out of control of the good human nature] into exaggerated and uncontrolled actions. 12.
13. Strong electromagnetic fields from electronic devices, and so forth, as well as from the Earth's magnetism, therefore also have effects in such a wise that the thoughts and emotions and the state of the psyche of the human beings become impaired. 13.
14. Especially strong Earth-electromagnetic swinging waves can very strongly influence the body, the psyche and the consciousness of the human being, whereby his/her impulses, in regard to thoughts and feelings, shift into uncontrolled courses and can ausarten into exaggerated and uncontrolled actions. 14.
15. If such strong swinging waves arise, then that can lead to unpleasantly aggressive or depressive excesses with regard to uncontrolled behaviour of the human being, which is why he/she then must, in every regard, greatly increase the degree of control he/she maintains upon himself/herself. 15.
16. Were no attention paid to that, then unpleasant and ausartende problems in interpersonal relationships and in dealings with and among human beings, as well as aggression and depression, can be the result. 16.
17. In addition, I would like to explain that greatly strengthened swinging waves have already been in evidence for about eight months which can lead to unpleasant excesses in regard to uncontrolled behaviour of the human being, which is why you should explain the phenomenon to the group members and they shall be requested to keep themselves under greatly increased control in every regard. 17.
18. Were no attention paid to that, then unpleasant and ausartende problems in interpersonal relationships and in dealings with and among human beings can be the result. 18.

Billy:

Billy:
Unpleasant. Naturally I will raise your explanation at the May general assembly. The electromagnetic swinging waves from electronic devices as well as strong Earth-magnetic swinging waves are indeed really not harmless, because hallucinations, aggression, depression, low morale and discord – indeed also the phenomena of "ghostly apparitions" – can even be provoked which have no connection with acute or stored mental swinging waves, respectively fluidal powers, rather, are based, as a rule, on fantasies and imaginations which are normally simply caused by states of angst. The basis for this can really be very strong electromagnetism, for example, by way of electronic devices, and so forth, or it can simply arise as a result of a strong magnetic field of the Earth. Extremely low-pitched sounds from electronic devices and other things as well as from nature, which cannot be perceived by the human ear – so-called infrasound – can cause strong swinging waves, in the case of objects and with the human body and all its organs, such as, for instance, also in the eyes. The consequences of that are hallucinations and panic attacks as well as depression, discord and negative moral states, because the thoughts and feelings as well as the consciousness succumb to confusion as a result of the swinging waves. That which is decisive in this regard is that the sense of the human beings is under great tension, whereby he/she perceives the environment and his/her situation, and so forth, as a threat. Electromagnetism and infrasound produce an effect on the human brain in such a wise, that, for example, the feeling is created that someone strange is present – a ghost, and so forth, because it/he/she cannot be seen, or can be dimly seen as a result of the imagination. Faces and figures can also be seen and sounds as well as unreal breathing, and so forth can be heard, or, in the same wise, unreal touches can be felt. Thereby the human being can become increasingly insecure and anxious, because the activity of fantasy and the imagination increases and everything is considered absolutely real, as for example whereby, likewise, human beings come forth who believe that they have been abducted and examined or impregnated by extra-terrestrials and later have their foetuses stolen, which, in regard to pregnancy, naturally, only applies to women. With all of these human beings, fantasy and the imagination – so to speak – go mad, whereby everything is of such a strong nature that the fantasy images and the imagination appear absolutely real – all caused by infrasound, or by strong electromagnetic fields. And human beings who succumb to this, consider everything to be real, and believe that it is truthful reality, in such a wise that, consequently, even polygraphs and interviews under hypnosis can be withstood. Unerfreulich.

Ptaah:

Ptaah:
19. This actually corresponds to reality. 19. Das entspricht tatsächlich der Wirklichkeit.
20. But now listen to what is going to happen in the future: 20. Höre nun aber weiter, was sich vorausschauend in kommenden Zeiten zuträgt:
21. The problems of the Earth-humans are constantly growing in relation to the overpopulation increase, which you are well aware of. 21.
22. But this also results in an increasing number of family dramas in which whole families are wiped out, and indeed through the murdering of them. 22.
23. Already on Saturday, a case will occur in Germany in which a family man murders his whole family as well as his own parents, in order then to kill himself. 23.
24. And such events will increase worldwide in the coming period, with such occurrences occurring particularly in the industrialised countries. 24.
25. The shortage of drinking water is also increasing rapidly, because the steadily and rapidly growing mass of overpopulation needs more and more drinking water, which is no longer available in sufficient quantities. 25.
26. In this respect, the situation looks bleak, because in various water-poor countries this threatens to lead to uprisings and wars in the coming times. 26.
27. Crime and serious crimes of all kinds are also rising in relation to the growing overpopulation, making it increasingly difficult to contain them. 27.
28. In general, criminal sophistication is also on the rise, which means that the police and customs officers are constantly faced with new problems and have little or no control over them. 28.
29. These are the things I can say for the time being. 29.
30. Next Thursday I will tell you some more things that will happen in the near future. 30.
31. Besides, it must be said that nothing worth mentioning will happen until then, because everything concerning all things continues in the old familiar framework. 31.

Billy:

Billy:
Then the three of us can have a little talk in private.

Ptaah:

Ptaah:
32. That is my wish, yes. 32. Das ist mein Wunsch, ja.

Najdescha:

Najdescha:
34. I also wish for some more conversation. 34.

Billy:

Billy:
Then so be it … Dann sei es so …

Translator's notes

FIGU prefers the word "swinging waves" when the word Schwingungen is used in German, as opposed to the conventional English use of the word "oscillations". In regard to electromagnetic frequencies, etc. it had been suggested that 'vibration(s)' was the preferred usage. However, this has not been able to be definitively verified, thus, for the time being electronic swinging waves is used. Also the German prefix "Elektro-" is ambiguous and can mean electronic and/or electrical. Similarly, "Geräten" can be translated as devices, appliances, apparatuses, etc.

Please note: At the time of this contact, April 2005, Billy and Ptaah were still concealing many of the facts behind the telenotically-induced (elecromagnetic mind-control) "alien abduction" experiences, behind accusations of conventional schizophrenia, attention-seeking, etc. Only some two years later, on Billy's 70th birthday, February 3rd, 2007, was more of the truth revealed.
