This will already prove itself again in a very short time when once more, the Earth scientists gain new insights in reference to new and revolutionary discoveries in space, so also in reference to the Sun and all SOL planets, but also in reference to the reality of Earth’s orbit around the Sun, which partially runs a little differently than what the scientists previously thought.

| You’re asking for a lot there, just as if you’d demand that the people of the Earth should stop their population explosion. Even lust, greed, addiction, and irrationality are much larger and more deeply rooted in the person than that reasoning words could resolve this. Therefore, the problems don’t become smaller, even though new solutions are always searched for and thought of, whether it involves the area of rising crime, the danger of war and the wars themselves and revolutions, or whether it involves famine, the energy problem, diseases, and so on. If all of us would think logically and rationally about all this, we’d all know damn well that none of these problems of the Earth people can be adequately resolved or be repaired because all solutions are only solutions of self-deception because every solution to a problem only solves it momentarily – for a period of several months at the most. Thus, all solutions to resolve the problem are only apparent solutions that are a catastrophic self-deception because in truth, the problems are not resolved at all. Any self-deceptive solution of the Earth person, whether it concerns the construction of a new nuclear power plant or new developments of sources of oil or grain productions, etc., only leads to the fact that earthly humanity continues to rise dramatically, by what means the solution becomes the self-deception because through this, the apparently resolved problem boosts to the renewed farce. Thus, if the Earth person truly wants to solve his disastrous problems of hunger, energy shortages, degeneration, diseases, crimes, and wars and revolutions, etc. then there is only one way, without any mercy, which is an absolute, legally arranged birth stop around the world. This birth stop would have to be controlled in such a way that for the preservation of mankind and the new blood, a certain number of descendants may only be generated every seven years, and then, seven years of the birth stop would have to be the rule again. This, then, would have to be carried out for so long, until earthly humanity would be reduced to a manageable and natural measure, as a result of the deaths of the excess population that would naturally appear. There simply isn’t any other way of solving the problem because each one violates the natural laws and, thus, represents a self-deception.

Contact Report n Translation

English German
Quetzal: Quetzal:
1. It is now that time. 1. Es ist nun also soweit.
Billy: Billy:
I couldn’t sleep anyways, so let’s go and see this funny planet constellation once.
Quetzal: Quetzal:
2. As you wish. 2. Wie du wünschst.
Billy: Billy:
Aha – there, the Sun already rises rather quickly. Where do we actually have to go in order to be able to see all the planets together?
Quetzal: Quetzal:
3. If you are standing on the Earth and have the Sun as the center in front of you, and then you look to the left and to the right, then we must keep to the left and fly a great distance into space. 3.
4. Only from there is it possible that all the planets of the constellation can be seen together. 4.
Billy: Billy:
I know; I just didn’t know where that point lies.
Quetzal: Quetzal:
5. Mercury, Venus, Earth, and Mars are the closest together, at least visibly, because they are truly separated by millions of kilometers. 5.
Billy: Billy:
You probably mean hundreds of millions kilometers. Du meinst wohl Hunderte Millionen Kilometer.
Quetzal: Quetzal:
6. That is correct, and here we are already, my friend. 6.
7. You can make your observations from here. 7.
Billy: Billy:
Thank you – aha – interesting, but the eye can’t really see everything. Even from here, in free space, the planets are too small.
Quetzal: Quetzal:
8. Here, we are still removed even further from the planets than if you observed them from the Earth. 8.
9. You can recognize them better if you observe them through this bulk display terminal. 9.
10. Here… 10. Hier-
Billy: Billy:
Fantastic! This is probably a totally new device?
Quetzal: Quetzal:
11. Yes, and it displays the picture recordings very vividly. 11.
Billy: Billy:
That I can see; that is the most perfect 3-D image that I have ever seen with you.
Quetzal: Quetzal:
12. Here, do you see now? 12. Hier-siehst du nun?
Billy: Billy:
That is really incredible; the entire constellation has been pulled out of space and into the foreground. Now, I can fully recognize every single planet.
Quetzal: Quetzal:
13. If you slide your finger over this scale, then you can enlarge or shrink the picture, depending on how you want it. 13.
14. On this opposite contact line, however, with a simple touch of the finger, you can separate any square as a cutout, after which you can then use the scale again to enlarge it, by which it is possible for you to separate individual planets and observe them individually. 14.
Billy: Billy:
And one can enlarge the image of the planet on the whole screen?
Quetzal: Quetzal:
15. Of course - test the device. 15. Gewiss - teste das Gerät.
Billy: Billy:
I am… moment… man… ah – here, now. Man – this is clever. Aha, now I have the Earth; I get it now. Fantastic! It is larger than on the largest television screen of our house televisions… but what is that? Man, ah - those are satellites, whizzing there around the Earth in the most diverse courses and far into the space beyond. There are hundreds of them. The people of the world are crazy; they have placed an entire junk ring around the planet with these things. I’ve never seen this before. Tu ich. - Moment - Mann -, ah, hier, jetzt.
Quetzal: Quetzal:
16. Even with us, it wasn’t possible before, until this new device offered us this possibility. 16.
17. But look here once… 17. Doch sieh einmal hier...
Billy: Billy:
Saturn, and there’s Pluto, yes, and there comes Uranus… but, ah, I understand; this must be one of the Voyager probes. Can one also capture this and enlarge it?
Quetzal: Quetzal:
18. One moment, my friend – here, you see? 18. Einen Augenblick, mein Freund - hier, siehst du?
Billy: Billy:
Fantastic! It fills up half the screen, but man, how it looks! The thing is really scratched.
Quetzal: Quetzal:
19. The cosmic radiations and the frictions with dust particles, especially from Jupiter’s and Saturn’s rings, haven’t passed by the probe without a trace. 19.
Billy: Billy:
Oh, I see. Is the thing still functional? Ach so, darum. Ist das Ding denn noch funktionsfähig?
Quetzal: Quetzal:
20. The inner parts of the probe have only taken minor damage by the radiations. 20.
21. Nevertheless, the damage doesn’t impair the function. 21. Die Schäden beeinträchtigen jedoch die Funktion nicht.
22. It will still work perfectly for a long time. 22. Sie wird noch lange einwandfrei arbeiten.
Billy: Billy:
Then our scientists will still have some work to expect.
Quetzal: Quetzal:
23. That will be the case if nothing unexpected happens. 23.
24. But observe the whole constellation once more because we must get back again. 24.
Billy: Billy:
Well, there I have it already, but tell me, you told me that about every 180 years, all of these planets are united on a side of the Sun. But with us, it is maintained everywhere that this is only the case every 510 years. In addition, it is also claimed that yesterday was the day when the planets stood in closest formation to each other, while you’ve explained to me that this would only be the case on the 14th.
Quetzal: Quetzal:
25. My data is correct, which you can check yourself. 25. Meine Angaben sind von Richtigkeit, was du selbst nachrechnen kannst.
26. The SOL planets are located on a side of the Sun approximately every 180 years, but it should be considered that in each case, these groupings are distributed on an entire half side of the Sun, while here, now, these groupings appear, which really only repeats itself approximately every 500 years, where the planets only move in a round quarter of the area enclosing the Sun. 26.
27. Now, if the scientists of the Earth say that on Wednesday, the distance of the planets was the closest to each other, then this information doesn’t correspond to the truth because it is only an apparent closest or shortest distance. 27.
28. This apparent distance only arises from the viewing perspective of the Earth because from there, all planets stand the closest together according to view. 28.
29. However, the effective closest distance of all the planets to each other is only reached on the 14th of March because then, they actually stand closest to themselves according to distance. 29.
30. The Earth scientists are still mistaken in many things, such as in astronomy. 30.
32. Thus, they will recognize and will have to admit that also in relation to the four seasons, the Earth’s orbit around the Sun behaves somewhat differently than what was previously taught. 32.
33. It will be a shocking discovery, and so will the realization and determination that appears in approximately 15 years: that the determined distances to the stars and galaxies, etc. are not correct. 33.
Billy: Billy:
They are used to the fact that they must admit their crap again in each case - even if this is often very difficult for them.
Quetzal: Quetzal:
34. That is correct, but now, we must go back, my friend. 34.
35. In addition, I still have a few important issues to explain to you. 35.
Billy: Billy:
Then we can still rush around a little in the storm that rages over the Atlantic Ocean and over some parts of Europe. It was substantially crashing all around the area, as you got me high into the ship. It sounded like the whole center would be carried away by the storm.
Quetzal: Quetzal:
36. The elements actually exert powerful forces. 36. Die Elemente üben tatsächlich gewaltige Kräfte aus.
37. In the present storm, wind speeds prevail at 127 kilometers per hour. 37.
Billy: Billy:
Powerful, but I like such storms. Gewaltig, doch solche Stürme gefallen mir.
Quetzal: Quetzal:
38. Concerning your center, it is in an outflow of a hurricane. 38.
Billy: Billy:
Of course, I already knew that, but a storm is a storm, and even a hurricane is a storm for me. And I just like storms.
Quetzal: Quetzal:
39. It corresponds to your nature, and somehow, you are just like that. 39.
Billy: Billy:
You mean, immediately and equally, I’m just happy?
Quetzal: Quetzal:
40. In this form, I thought, yes. 40. In dieser Form habe ich gedacht, ja.
41. You somewhat have this natural stormy power in you, and I have often had the impression, when you would suddenly appear with me in the ship, that a piece of wilderness had appeared and had come to me. 41.
Billy: Billy:
That sounds so damn suspicious after earlier times, my friend, because one would often tell me this when I came from somewhere in the desert, from mountains, or from the jungles and stepped somewhere into a consulate or an Embassy or otherwise into so-called civilized buildings, etc.
Quetzal: Quetzal:
42. That is known to me, but I had nothing to do with that, and my present words also don’t refer to that but simply to my impression and to my feelings that really, sometimes, a piece of wilderness suddenly falls upon me when you appear. 42.
43. But it is always a piece of wilderness that is familiar and that offers security as well as strength and before which, one doesn’t have to be afraid if he is well-meaning towards it. 43.
Billy: Billy:
You are dreaming, my son. Du kommst ins Träumen, mein Sohn.
Quetzal: Quetzal:
44. Nevertheless, the aforementioned corresponds to the facts. 44. Trotzdem entspricht das Gesagte den Tatsachen.
Billy: Billy:
Then so it is - where are we now? There below, the storm rages.
Quetzal: Quetzal:
45. High over the center. 45. Hoch über dem Center.
Billy: Billy:
Also nice – below are the bubbling and racing clouds and high above us is the star-covered sky.
Quetzal: Quetzal:
46. Everything has its charms. 46. Alles hat seine Reize.
Billy: Billy:
To whom you say this, the world and the whole universe are simply fantastic, and it is worthwhile to live and to enjoy every second.
Quetzal: Quetzal:
47. That is a word that the Earth people should remember. 47.
Billy: Billy:
Quetzal: Quetzal:
48. Of clearer correctness, you could not have explained these concerns. 48.
49. Really, all problems of the Earth person can only be solved in this way. 49.
50. Obviously, you have made profound thoughts about this, by what means you have encountered the seven-year cycle, as we have also acquired as the true solution, and even the High Council and Arahat Athersata have only found this advice for the Earth person as the true solution to the problem. 50.
51. Nevertheless, this subject leads me into that which I still wanted to discuss with you further and which assigns a new task to you. 51.
52. It is … 52. Es handelt sich dabei um ...
(Sentences 52 to 65: Purely non-public, internal, and private affairs.)
Billy: Billy:
Once again, a task that is very appropriate for me. Damn it again. Verdammt nochmal.
Quetzal: Quetzal:
66. It is very unpleasant, I know; also, in reference to group issues and other internal matters, a voice to the outside has existed for a while, so very many things were carried outwardly and reached ears, for which all actually wasn’t determined. 66.
67. But unfortunately, it arises over and over again, as I already mentioned recently, that new group members continuously give reasons for reproach because they do not adapt themselves, from the beginning of entrance into the group, to the given regulations and ordinal rules and more. 67.
68. But in fact, this should finally be so far that these kinds of incidents no longer appear. 68.
Billy: Billy:
That would also be a relief to me. Es wäre auch mir eine Erleichterung.
Quetzal: Quetzal:
69. In the future, it will have to be such that with the new admission of group members, I must give my consent for this in each case, only after I have clarified some important facts about the persons concerned. 69.
Billy: Billy:
That is right to me because through this, I hope, a few things will improve. That is, if you actually rummage something in the brains of the persons concerned.
Quetzal: Quetzal:
70. That will be unavoidable in the future. 70. Was künftighin unvermeidlich sein wird.
71. But now, it is again the time that we separate. 71.
72. Until we meet again. 72. Auf Wiedersehn.
Billy: Billy:
Bye – now, I get to sleep some more. Bye.
